Het is een eenvoudig ingericht huis met een prachtige tuin. Er is genoeg bestek, servies en kookgerei, alles eenvoudig, maar kompleet. Het was prachtig weer, dus we hebben het hele weekeinde in de tuin doorgebracht met BBQ, grasveld en wtee overdekte terassen. In de omgeving kan je prachtig fietsen. De gastvrouw is heel vriendelijk en zeer soepel tegenover de gasten. Er staan 5 tweepersoonsbedden in drie slaapkamers. Eventueel kunnen de bedden omgebouwd worden tot eenpersoonsbedden. Kortom, perfect voor een gezellig verblijf met een groep tot tien personen.

Super warm welcome, and occasionally a nice chat with the hostess. We felt very comfortable and if there was anything we could go to her. Absolutely great. Also everything was present in the house you could not imagine it was crazy or it was present.

We were received very warmly. We were too late to take delivery of the ordered messages, but luckily the owner was kind enough to take the messages for us! It is a spacious house and a beautiful garden to enjoy in the sun. There is also a trampoline and a BBQ. Cows graze at the garden and there are beautiful walks in the area. There is plenty of everything for 10 people. Also very nice that linen and towels are included.

The house is spacious enough and very clean. Everything is sufficiently available. There are many toys for children and the garden is spacious with cozy seating areas. The hostess is very friendly and helpful.

We spent Christmas in the house. It was delicious! We had everything we needed to play games, cook, go for a walk. We also roasted marshmallows in a fire outside. The children collected fresh eggs from the chickens every morning. The owner was very nice and helped us with extra supplies, such as a mixer.

It's a beautiful house. Attractively decorated. It is fully equipped. You can enjoy breakfast in the conservatory. It's nice and quiet and you have plenty of privacy.

The ten of us stayed for a weekend in beautiful Cranendonck with the very friendly Ineke, our host. She could tell us a lot about the house with all the exotic souvenirs, the environment, etc. Everything you need (bed linen, bath linen, kitchen utensils, etc.) was there and a trip to Roermond outlet or to Eindhoven is done in no time. Ps: an extra fan or air cooler would not be a superfluous luxury on our weekend with 36 degrees on the thermometer.

We enjoyed home and surroundings. In the house there are many board games, a badminton set, (inspiration) booklets, leaflets of the environment and recipes. The kitchen is well stocked with all the supplies that you can think of. Even many spices and tea are there. The conservatory is very pleasant to eat or play a game. We could use a go-kart and bike from the house which we also very nice vonden.De themed rooms, we were also very nice. Beds and bathroom are prima.Hand-dish towels, bath towels and toilet paper, soap, dishwasher tablets. Everything is there for an easy week. A hostess who thinks and creates maximum comfort for its guests. The joint pantry connects own home with guest house. So we could make contact if gewenst.De tour was the recording studio on site also very leuk.Paardrijden (manage Soerendonk) and horse and carriage hire is also very nice. The horse and carriage route of the smuggler in Budel we were top!

The accommodation was very nice and cozy. It is advisable to have a car to get to more exciting areas in the area, but mainly this cottage offers a relaxing holiday with a nice group of people with whom you would like to spend a lot of time in the living room or in the garden

Even with bad weather you can sit outside nice and dry. The BBQ was superb. Open Air Museum Eynderhoof is a recommendation. All kinds of crafts are practiced by volunteers (note the opening times). Thursday is market day in Valkenswaard. Save yourself the trouble of driving to Cranendonck Castle. There is only some foundation.

Together with 7 friends we have the Pentecostal spent in Soerendonk. Unfortunately it was not had nice weather. Yet we rested and happy home. No extra charge for water, electricity or Wi-Fi, spacious living room, kitchen with all appliances you would expect and an atmospheric interior were a big plus for us.

This attractive holiday home is centrally located in Soerendonk. A holiday in Soerendonk means enjoying the Burgundian Brabant, with Belgium and Limburg within cycling distance. At a distance of 3 km you will find the nice towns of Budel and Maarheze, with various shopping options and cozy terraces.
The holiday home has a nice interior with various themes. For example, the bedrooms are decorated in Egyptian or Kenyan style. The large kitchen is equipped with all modern conveniences. ‘Smitske-holiday cottage’
Soerendonk -with only 1600 inhabitants- lies in the southeast of Holland, 6km from the Belgium border and 22 km under Eindhoven. The village is surrounded by forests and heath, where you can hike and bike.
There are 2 restaurants and 2 cafe/cafetaria’s.
Being a very small village, there is no big supermarket but you can buy almost all what you need for breakfast at Jan v. Meyl, the local butcher at 5 min walking-distance. Big supermarkets are 3km distance.
“Smitske'’ has beside a livingroom + kitchen a “Dutch-room†(2p) with private bathroom and on the 1st floor the “ Egyptian-†and “ Kenyan-room†with each a 2p settee-bed +shared bathroom. (4 adults + 4 child or 6 adults).
