We spent a week here for the first time 5 years ago. Because we liked it so much, we have now gone for 2 weeks. And what a great place this remains! Beautiful views, quiet location and you have everything you need for a pleasant stay. Mosquito screens have now been installed in the bedrooms and bathroom. Very nice because there are so many of them! Mattress is fine, shower cabin on the small side, but you get used to it quickly. The house can get very warm inside (30 degrees), but air conditioning will be installed next year. The owners, Sonia and Luca, are very hospitable and helpful. They have some nice ones

Had a wonderful holiday. Environment is beautiful. House is neat and well cared for. There is no air conditioning and the house does heat up well, so on very hot days it is still very warm at night.

Very important to go smoothly to the house, put in your GPS SP633, 100m before Il Brochetto on the right follow the road up and then you come to the beautiful house. It is very beautiful, all facilities are present. Super nice view of Montecatini.In Montecatini you can easily take the train to the beautiful cities, we have been to Firence by train. Online we have booked excursions to go to Cinque Terre and Pisa Luca, the departure point was at Montecatini train station, very easy and very well organized.We recommend this house to everyone !!!

Great environment, huge garden, lots of olive trees. Photos do not really show how beautiful and spacious the garden is. Beautiful green garden, behind that another part where you can bbq'en, play, campfire maken.Vriendelijke family ... Owners, daughter meets, friendly grandfather. The whole event is very familial. Mega friendly Grandpa Fernando comes every now and then in the morning in the yard, to take care of his plants and olive trees, not bothered by. Comes through another entrance and you do not really see it. Our children got a little present from him and a candy (very thoughtful). You do need a car! Although we stayed very much in the yard. Kids played a lot, searching insects, swimming, playing cards, bbqing and so on. A lot of privacy, not affected by direct neighbors. In the village, there is also plenty to do also train station, which brings you everywhere marsh (Pisa / Lucca / Girenze)

A lot of people who stayed at Casa Rondó already wrote it and we can confirm it it is indeed a little paradise !! A big estate with olive and other fruit trees. A charming little house, very clean and comfortable. A big garden with wonderful flowers and a big pool. This pool is certainly the highlight, especially if you have 34 degrees. Everything was just perfectly and lovingly maintained. De owners are wonderful people welcoming, relaxed and very friendly. Thank you again for the wonderful stay !! Den eneste ting jeg savnet var en slags fan fordi det var ganske varmt om natten og fordi musklerne kan du ikke åbne vinduet. Vi ofte ser på de fotos og husker den fantastiske tid vi havde. Did I mention the privacy This is another big advantage of this house. One time, somebody came to cut the grass, but otherwise we were left alone. Another plus is the proximity to Montecatini Terme and supermarkets. You just ride for 10 minutes to get off the mountain. In the beginning we had difficulty finding the place. Our navigation system had problems. I advise you to ask for a short description. I wish everybody a nice vacation! -)

Beautiful house on a large estate. Quietly located. Very spacious home, well-equipped kitchen. Large swimming pool. Ideal for trips to Lucca, Pisa, Florence. Also numerous smaller towns that are definitely worth visiting: Vinci, Pistoia, Prato, San Miniato.

We are here for the second time and it is once again great. Very hospitable by Sonia and Luca who even bought some groceries because the shops were closed. The place is fantastic, the surroundings very beautiful and the house also fine.

This is such a fantastic spot, great view, lovely veranda (roof) all privacy and close to many nice places. It's always nice to have lunch in Alto. The garden is very green, trees for shade, and lots of flowers, so let's take a look around with the watering can…. Lucca, Pisa, Florance (by train) You are on top of the mountain, so going out for dinner means taking the car .. but we often have a good lunch and then get some snacks for the evening, you don't have to leave the door anymore and you can enjoy yourself .. Sonia and Lucca have a wine shop, and they have a number of wines ready and you can sign up on a list, you pay when you leave .. how good is that ..

Friendly welcome, fully furnished and very clean house with a great view. On the left you look in the valley and on the right you see the Tuscan hills. Cities such as Florence, Pisa and Lucca are easily accessible by train, but the waiting times at the counter can sometimes be long. You can park the car near the station for free at P3, San Marco. Pool is lovely, owners very helpful. There were some problems to find the house the first time (navigation really sent us into the jungle) but eventually found contact by phone. (Keep following the main road until you see Il Boschetto on your left, 100 meters before you take a sharp turn on the path). Really had a heeeeeelijk holiday! Oh yeah, if you like steak a few minutes further on the main road you come to restaurant La Baita. Rarely eaten such a tenderloin!

I would just advise guests to call the owner a few hours before arrival for a link to the cottage
When we arrived it was already dark and we would never have found it otherwise

The holiday home is located at the top of a mountain and is reached via a beautiful winding lane. It has a driveway of approximately 300 meters so that you are a bit off the road. This path is easy to drive. The area is wooded and along the front of the house you have a very nice view of the city and the surrounding villages. The property itself is beautiful and very neat. The owners love a lot of decoration and tasteful decoration. This is (for example in the bathroom) something in the way. A little less would also be nice. The property has every comfort, but no air conditioning. The spacious swimming pool is well maintained, as is the garden. Very beautiful and an oasis of peace. Since mosquitoes also love this wonderful stay, sufficient protection is a necessity. The WiFi network works perfectly up to the swimming pool.

Super nice view over the city. Super friendly reception by owner and his daughter. The house is immaculate and maintained and fully equipped. The garden and pool are also beautiful and maintained. An hour's drive from both Pisa and Firenze. Montecatini Alto is also beautiful to walk through. We will definitely go back one more time. The check-out was also flawless. Highly recommended!

We had a great time at the Cottage in Tuscany! The house is beautifully decorated and very comfortable, The location is quiet, yet close enough to Montecatini Terme for easy access to shops and restaurants, We took a couple of day trips to Pisa and Lucca, and the scenic drives were enjoyable, The host was friendly and responsive, making check-in and check-out a breeze, Would definitely return for another family vacation!

The arrival was hearty.The accommodation was excellent. Only the shower was a bit tight. The surroundings are rural but far less far from Montecatini than Belvilla mentioned in the documentation. The view from the garden is fairytale, especially in the evening

The house was beautifully situated in a park-like setting, a fantastic pool with nice deck chairs made quite tip-top. The house was a shelter with table chairs so you could be outside constantly. The owner showed us on a walk, which make from the house was in the village of Croce (church) by a beautiful park with a medieval bridge. Lucca is the nearest town, a very pleasant town with beautiful ramparts. Furthermore Montecatini Alto a nice trip to the train (the funicolare) upwards to chug and the village to stroll and grab a terrace. Barga is also recommended further and of course Florence!

Wonderful week with our children at this great location. Beautiful, fully furnished house. Surrounded by a large garden, nice porch, large luxury swimming pool with breathtaking views. The boys enjoyed making a campfire every night. Friendly owners who give you your privacy. Really recommended!

Through a tip this holiday made by the position on a mountain very nice environment and uitzicht.Heerlijk with a private pool, unfortunately the weather was not with us every day zonnig.Het house is fully equipped including an oven, dishwasher and bbq, very fijn.Door central location we have a lot of Tuscany to discover Lucca, Pisa, Florence, Volterra, San Gimignano. Montecatini Terme itself is also worth a visit.
