On this floor there is also a 3-person sauna, shower and toilet. On the ground floor there is air conditioning. On the first floor there are 2 separate bedrooms (including 1 with a balcony and TV) and a bathroom with shower (there is a washing machine here). The owner of the property lives on the neighboring property. There is a small playground by his house, which can also be used by guests.
