The farm is located in a beautiful park. The cottage is remarkably furnished, with great taste and warmth. He is and very well equipped. Each device has its own summary of how to use it, we had a very pleasant stay which was only a fault for a short time!

Part of a building complex on an estate near Verviers. Spacious, bright house spread over 4 floors with open kitchen and living space. Everything is available to have a good time. The sauna is a nice plus. The seats in the sitting area are uncomfortable. The owner who lives next door is helpful, friendly and respected our privacy. For walks, the Hertogenwald is a 20-minute drive away.

Very nice apartment located on a good base. Manager was very helpful and helped us correctly. The house was very clean and it was nice. Spacious kitchen and living room were very nice. For the children there was plenty to do outside.

Very nice house, generally very satisfied, a few things that could be improved: heating in the winter was difficult because the house is very open, bedrooms upstairs heated up a lot while it remained chilly in the living room, even if you talk in the living room this can be heard through the doors, which is more difficult if people are already sleeping, otherwise everything was fine, very good house for the price!

The reception by the Lodomez family is fine, it is useful if you have the translation app at hand. The house is nice and spacious, four floors and outside a lovely garden with terrace, have eaten outside a number of times, you have to go down two flights of stairs with the stuff, but that is also easy to do together. Quiet area, you occasionally hear the road and a plane, but that's not so bad. We recommend this house.

A nice house with plenty of space, although it is not all equally practical: the fireplace, for example, is located on a mezzanine floor with direct contact with the hall and the outside door, so that it is not really comfortable. The appliances leave something to be desired: the TV is very small and gives a bad picture, the DVD player cannot be connected, the dishwasher leaves the dishes dirty, the sink in one bathroom started to leak ...

It is a beautiful accommodation and an equally beautiful building and surroundings. You have a real driveway. However, you drive past it quickly, it is on the left in the bend. And when you see a stately building, that's it. The driveway however is a horror how it has been maintained. Rather intended for horse and carriage. Drive very calmly! Low cars have a problem here. The owners are very friendly and only speak French. The accommodation is also spacious and attractively designed with a large garden. There is also a spacious accommodation in the living room and kitchen. The beds are reasonable, especially a bit (too) soft for our taste.My husband is 1.89m and could not fully stretch.We were there during a period when it was warm.In itself to have, but you notice that "it then gets warm in the upstairs bedrooms, where in our case the children slept. You are in Belgium but it could just as well be France. Cycling is great, but you have to have a good condition and muscle strength. As mentioned, we were there with our children (5 and 9) and have done the following trips; visit to the reservoir, Spa Francourshamps, Plopsa Coo and we visited Verviers. Verviers is quite a large place in Wallonia, but we think that COVID-19 has also done a lot here. Many dilapidated shops, in addition to a new construction piece near a beautiful van der Valk Hotel with a Pathé and also Tesla Superchargers. Actually unbelievable that - in our case - you are in such a different world after 2 hours of driving. "junk" (excuse me ..) and the contrast with beautiful surroundings and often ditto houses.

The house was fine, inside it was not really warm, additional costs for gas, water and electricity for a 2 day stay were also very high. The homeowners do not speak a word of Dutch or English but are friendly. The sofas in the living room were not comfortable at all.

We were very hopeful about this house because it had the 2023 award. But that was very disappointing to us. The house itself has its charm. But the furnishings are in serious need of replacing! Mattresses very poor, with duvets made a little comfortable. Benches that are really impossible to do, Yes for my teenagers, who slouch. The floor in the living room moves when someone walks. For the first few days I felt like I was dizzy... spiders in the wardrobes. Spider webs in such a house are still a thing, but they are not necessary in the cupboards! The grass in the garden is very high, so we could not use it. The balcony is overgrown, so you cannot go on it either.
The area is very beautiful, very hilly.

Very nice house to stay. Too bad that the owner speaks exclusively French. No crazy things afterwards. Normal variable gas \/ water \/ electricity account and deposit despite a smashed glass + plate (indicated by owner) totally refunded.

This is a tastefully decorated holiday home, located in Verviers Ardennes, High Fens. the house has 3 bedrooms and can comfortably accommodate 9 persons. The Atmosphere is complete with fireplace and sauna, making it perfect for a family holiday.
This home is perfect for a ski holiday with a number of ski lifts in the radius of 25 km away. You can also enjoy a dip in the public swimming pool 500 m and indoor pool 2 km away or enjoy a game of tennis 2 km away or golf 3 km away. You can venture out into the town centre 1 km away, restaurants 2 km away and general supplies store 2 km away.
The home comes with a large room with a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen and a lovely seating area. The garden has a patio with barbecue and has a majestic view over the hills of Liege.
