Very nice and cozy house while it is equipped with everything. The photos don't do it justice; there are beautiful views on all sides. And yes, on a busy road, but you don't hear or see anything from inside. Around the garden and trees. I was there in the fall: great! The owner is very friendly and helpful. I really enjoyed the peace and quiet and all the comforts of the house. Kitchen is fully equipped with all kinds of items, rooms are neat and clean. The bathroom too, although the shower was just enough for one person: then it became colder Maybe it will be good again after a while, I don't know. Highly recommended!

Cozy house near beautiful hiking trails and forests.Hartelijk welcome by the owner who had already warmed up the house before our arrival. The house is a bit old but everything is well maintained and our costs were not that high at all. You can not expect a hotel for such a low price. Price-quality ratio is therefore top. The only downside is the busy road, where some traffic comes over during rush hour. The garden is actually slightly smaller than in the pictures seems.

House fully meets expectations. Attentive owner (French and German speaking), nice garden, with plenty of space, sun loungers and BBQ. Parking space sufficient. Double glazing but unfortunately no mosquito nets. During the warm days in which we stayed, it remained relatively cool inside. Well along (during the day) very, very busy road.

We have indeed just returned, now just kicking it again. It is a beautiful house, old (decor and everything around you) but has everything, everything works and it is clean! That is a nice holiday. Very nice area also a lot to do although you have to look it up. Nature is beautiful so close to the forest, walking and cycling from the cottage is definitely recommended. It is written from the busy main road, I say the following about it, you can fall over it yourself or not. I DO NOT WE! So!

Beautiful setting with many walking possibilities, house is fully furnished and attractively classically furnished. Have a great weekend! Friendly administrator, somewhat timid, probably due to language limitation (speaks French and little German). Spend time to leave, so do not squeeze out the feathers the last day (more preferably not!). If you appreciate NL TV channels, you have a bad luck, but plenty of foreign channels. Everything is clean and tidy, beds are fine.

The owner was already there when we arrived and welcomed us in a very friendly way.The accommodation is simple, but pleasant and well enough to have a good holiday. Apart from the busy road especially by trucks, there reigns a very pleasant calm. We found ourselves surrounded by magnificent walks to be made in the forest. Many walks also in the surroundings. At the back of the house there are meadows where we have occasionally observed deer, foxes and even a hare. In the garden, we are quiet and listening to the birds. In the sky you can see bushes and kites and in the evening a magnificent sunset that you can see through the trees of the forest. Very good holiday for our dog too, but although fenced we never let him run alone In the property, because we were afraid that he would jump the small barrier at the front of the house and that he would not find himself directly on this busy road.

We had a wonderful week in Waimes. The house more than met our expectations. It is located in a beautiful, central location for a visit to the High Fens. The cottage is old fashioned, but in a nice and cozy way. Unfortunately, from the garden we could not enjoy the weather so much. The house is on a big, busy road, but this did not bother us. Well, something to keep in mind if you really go for rest. The comfort of the beds was sufficient, but the cot was unsafe. This is a low railing ladder where our little (1 year) could easily fall out as she stood. This is only suitable for babies who are still lying, otherwise take something.
