The people of the house are very friendly and engaged! The villa is great and clean. The owner answered all questions quickly and has some great infos for restaurants, taxi, parking, etc. We enjoyed our trip!

Spacious house with air conditioning. Lovely swimming pool. Super cool shed with bbq, pizza oven and terrace. Supermarket around the corner. Central location in relation to fun outings including Zrmanja river, Zadar and Krka.Maslenica is a quiet and cozy place. The house could use a makeover here and there. Swing and trampoline were piece. Towels available and weekly clean linen. Landlord super friendly and easily accessible for questions. Fantastic holiday address!

This accommodation is very nice, especially the outside area with the grill house and pool. We didn't like the two bedrooms in the basement area, too dark and uncomfortable, but we found the rest of the house nice. Insect protection on the windows is missing (a lot of mosquitos). There is a bakery and a small supermarket right next to the house. Ristorante Biser, right on the beach, 5 stars from us, good food, friendly service. Various activities available on the beach and a bar. Long, very beautiful beach, clean water. A few minutes' walk from the house to the beach, only suitable for fit people as the difference in altitude is approx. It was a very nice vacation!

The house is very spacious, it is everything you need, it is very conveniently located on the street (which does not bother) right next to it is a supermarket, to the sea a footpath, there is also a good restaurant. The pool is not too big, but enough to refresh. Very nice is the grill house with the beautiful view to the sea. It should be mentioned that the house is a semi-detached house.
