Have a great holiday in san feliciano. Beautiful view of the lake. We enjoyed beautiful sunsets every night. Fantastic! The owners are very friendly and very attentive to the comfort of the tenants. Very friendly and correct reception. Nice and quiet location, with spacious and safe car park behind electric fence. Nice view of the terrace and beautifully landscaped garden with delicious cherries that we could pick from the owner. The area was ideal for us, also for trips to Perugia, Assisi, Orvieto ... Also the freeways in the area are free, which is nice.

Were warmly received by Franco and Maria Grazia! The house is clean and equipped with all comforts. Spacious kitchen, good bathroom with washing machine. No Wi-Fi, that's a shame. 4g is not always available. Supermarket is in San Feliciano, or the Coop in Magione. Eating out can be done within walking distance at the lake, which is convenient. You can leave the car.

Good proximity to Lake Trasimeno, very suitable as a base. Owners are very friendly people, we were regularly vegetables from the garden, the house is spotless and well equipped. We heard regularly in the evening musical entertainment program at a nearby holiday park, but always stopped in time. Near the house are also public outdoor pools where you can make use of a fee.

This house is quiet and more than well equipped (complete, but also with practically new stuff). Definitely recommended for a family of four to five people. Also a very friendly owner who is certainly not imperative. Beautiful setting with plenty of attractions for a stay of two weeks. There keep in mind that there are few places with flat streets, but that is part of Umbria. During our stay excellent again.

Tip from the houseowner

Casa di Zocco is situated just outside San Feliciano, a quiet village by the side of Trasimeno Lake surrounded by hills, rich in olives. Close to the house there are swimming pools, beach volley fields, beaches and typical restaurants we can suggest you. In the town there is a little port of shipment for Polvese and Maggiore Islands to make a really nice excursion. Starting from San Feliciano you can easily visit Perugia (25 km), Cortona (30 km), Crete Senesi (45 km), Assisi (45 km) and other cultural and naturalistic places in Umbria and Tuscany. The freeway is only 4 km from the house. The airport of Perugia is 34 km from San Feliciano.
