Accommodation and organization are top notch. Neighbors had a baby who cried a lot at night and you could hear that very well. There were also works near our house which caused a lot of noise. We were warned, but still. Was very disturbing. Really a shame about the noise, but we would coming back.

The location of the house in relation to the beach is the most positive part, the wifi was not good, but got a little better after we reported it. In retrospect, it was not so convenient to choose a house without a toilet on the sleeping floor, especially because the stairs / railing was not so pleasant. Fortunately the weather was nice enough to be able to use the sunbeds on the terrace, which is certainly very was fine. If we would have been with four of us, there would certainly be far too little cutlery, the dishwasher cannot be used for that, so: replenish!

Nice house and a great park. Right on the sea, just a five minute walk. Quiet park still very much under construction but you have little to no problems in and around your house. There is nothing in the park except a chip shop and reception, but you have three large supermarket chains, really next to each other, about 950 meters and a parking lot nearby, so no problem. In short, a great place to relax, From here to Bruges and Ghent is really easy to do and both are highly recommended. Another tip: at a 15-minute drive you have an Aqua Dome of Centerparks De Haan, so a day at the subtropical swimming pool is no problem.

As grandparents you go with your 2 grandsons to the holiday park in Bredene. Nice houses, almost everything well equipped except ..... One of the 2 grandparents will regularly have to get up at night because there is no toilet upstairs and you have a grandchild, even if the oldest 9 years old is not alone along a very steep stairs down goes.Huisje was clean and nice and close to the sea.

the cottage was very neat, comfort I would not call it rather elementary, especially in the bathroom and the rooms. A coat rack and/or a chair in the rooms. In the bathroom there is nowhere to put your toiletries, hang your towel somewhere as well as your clothes.

The cottage itself met all the basic comforts. Very friendly reception staff.Wifi signal was way too weak. Netflix/Disney on TV could not be played due to weak WiFi signal. You could only increase the temperature of the home thermostat. Button to lower temp did not work. Would have liked to rebook the house to a house with downstairs bedroom, but the rebooking costs almost € 400. An awful lot.

There was little to criticize about the stay. Unfortunately, on the booking. The booking was a nightmare. I wanted to use the Belvilla money (200 €) for my booking, but it turned out that there were all kinds of conditions attached that were not on the website. (only applicable to certain houses?) I also made special contact about the location of the house (on the water) and afterwards it turned out that we were assigned another house. After all the emails and phones to get the discount and the right house on the water, I almost didn't feel like leaving. Because I didn't get either of them. The houses themselves are new, so little to notice. Only very bad smell in the bathroom, after 2 days they came to have a look at it and they were able to reduce it. The internet was super slow, after complaint also improvement. There is also far too little cutlery and crockery in the house, plugging in a dishwasher every day is an absolute must. For the rest, quite satisfied with the holiday, but that was perhaps also due to the beautiful weather.

The cottage was perfect but the garden there I had imagined something different, this was a terrace with a concrete fence of about 1 meter high, not a single strip of green to be seen in the garden. I did not find such a photo in a brochure or on the website of breeduyn! And we also could not enjoy the free WiFi because once the front door was gone, the WiFi was also gone, although I reported that and someone has been there, nothing had changed! In itself a nice and recent accommodation but some minor flaws. I found the bathroom substandard. Very small, no place to put anything out of your hands or hang clothes. In addition, the drain stank. When you pay 1500 euros for a week at sea, it could be a little more comfortable

In particular, the location of the cottages was bad. 0% privacy as there was something right across from a caravan park with lots of barking dogs and people smoking outside and therefore looking right in at us. Bathroom was downstairs and no extra toilet upstairs. A bench you couldn't sit properly on as hard and straight as a board. Our cottage was at the end of the houses that were completed and we had to park the car in a parking lot that was not yet finished. In short, a very disappointing experience.

Unfortunately, as in the youth hostel, you have to make your own bed, the house has only the bare essentials, no hair dryer, no shower mat. When you leave, you have to take out the garbage and strip the bed, although I think you pay €75 for the final cleaning. The dishwasher must also be emptied! Oh yes, the parasol was finally set on the last day
