This beautiful holiday house has been built in several steps, the oldest part dates from approximately 1650. Then there are parts built on, so that a 150 m2 home has been created, which has been fully renovated.
The house is fully equipped and comfortably furnished.
The garden has a surface area of 400 m2, and provides beautiful views over the valley and the mountains in the distance. Around the swimming pool, there is a large deck with lounge chairs where you can enjoy the sun. The walnut tree provides the necessary shadow later in the afternoon. The house's location is optimal: up on a hill where there is a beautiful free view from the garden and all of the rooms. Lower on the hill there are centuries old olive trees. The house is in a part of the village where there are about 20 houses. This house is the most recent village house and is detached. It is located a bit off of the road, cars can't be heard. You can park in one of the car parks at the entrance to the village, and from there it is about 75 metres walk to the house. This house is not suitable for people who have trouble walking! Easy to reach : Lucca (25 minutes in the car), Pisa (50 minutes), Florence (75 minutes), Siena (100 minutes). The Cinque Terre area is located about 1 hour away.

Lovely house, stunning views, lovely pool. We had a wonderful week in August with two teenagers. Daytime nice poolside, good food and drink. What more do you want? Owner is very responsive, if fixed it should be something small. Top!

Beautiful cottage in a charming and authentic village. Everything is neatly arranged and of good quality. The only downside I can mention is that we were a bit surprised by the amount and intensity of mosquitoes (a lot of poking is impossible, but you get used to it). Fortunately they disappear as soon as the sun goes down. Minor issue. As already mentioned ... A second toilet downstairs would be of added value. But there is so much to live with. All in all a very positive experience!

We have Bramasole had a wonderful holiday. The house is secluded at the edge of a small village and has stunning views over the Italian countryside. The house is nicely furnished and equipped. Lovely terrace with private pool. Nice spacious bathroom. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

We have had a nice week in this beautiful house. It is very quiet with beautiful views from the beautiful terrace. The decor is modern and nice. Have made many excursions in the area (Lucca, Florence, Pisa, Cinque Terre), which is very good to do. The only downside we found, a group of 6 adults, that there is no toilet on the ground floor and you have to go outside to the upper floor where the bedrooms and the bathroom (with the only toilet) are. A little bit of privacy. Also very satisfied and repeatable!

We had a fun and relaxing vacation! It is a beautiful house with a beautiful view and almost everything is in the house! The layout of the house is just not very practical. In particular, you need to go outside. To the bedroom and toilet In addition, you actually have to always go through the bathroom to go. Bedrooms This is what we were not very pleasant. Another downside was that the cushions were covered with hairs on the chairs outside and smelled dog. We had a nice stay for 2 weeks in Brama Sol. A beautiful house with stunning views over the valley. The house, especially the bathroom, is less suitable for stays of persons who have their privacy. To have access to the bedrooms, one should always through the bathroom and the toilet. Was no problem for us, but I can imagine that those who want more privacy as it is sometimes difficult heeft.Verder with a very nice accommodation, ideally located to visit in the area. Much culture If you want to watch TV, although few do so on vacation, this is only possible with DVD and you can not watch the World Cup, which we would have liked and what is actually in the brochure.

We had a wonderful holiday week in this cottage and were the Tuscan cities of Lucca, Pisa and Florence easily reached from there. The view from the terrace and pool in the mountainous scenery is breathtaking. The house is modern and has loved it. The only drawback with toddler between the bedrooms on the upper part of the house and the living room below is no internal staircase connecting. Thanks to Belvilla!

We enjoyed the holiday in Italy and the nice comfortable house with swimming pool, the surrounding area is beautiful with great views. Beds were fine, the house is tastefully decorated, most delicious time spent outside and sometimes sit in the evening inside (September). Advance information and photo 's right. We had a wonderful holiday, enjoyed the nice comfortable house with pool, beautiful surroundings, pleasant climate. Beds were fine, tastefully decorated house, most of the time spent outside of course delicious. All prior information was correct. This beautiful holiday-home can make your holiday the pefect holiday in more then one way. The house is located in a quiet spot, at the end of the authentic village. On the other hand the house is located at the perfect spot for visiting famous cities, villages, musea, beaches and nature-reserves. We notice that most guests choose the best of both worlds. A few days of enjoying the peacefull location, the magnificent views and the pool and a few days of exploring the suroundings. The house itself is renovated in a way to make you feel at home right away. This was done on purpose of course, a place where you can relax and make home away from home!
