We had a great time in our apartment. Simple, no unnecessary luxury, and good beds, as well as the other facilities. It was cozy and cosy. The fridge turned out not to be sufficiently cool after 1.5 days. After our report, this shortcoming was immediately resolved and we were given another refrigerator. Friendly and attentive landlord. Worth repeating, we would like to come back here again.

Very friendly and helpful owners, with welcome gift and tour! You feel right at home in this converted farmhouse, it is furnished in an appealing style and feels warm, spacious and friendly, also with a spacious garden, the area is fantastic for walking and cycling, nature asks for it to pull out, Also the cities of Maastricht and Valkenburg around the corner, We had a very nice time and will definitely come back!

A cozy small apartment for 2 people who like walking. There are several walks in the area. We are well received by the owner and have been phoned that we possibly could come earlier than 4 pm. The brasserie next door is also recommended to eat there. In short, we had a great weekend.

The welcome was friendly and attentive. The location in the center of Schin op Geul is excellent, train station is around the corner. The apartment is fine. Sufficient kitchen utensils. We have cooked ourselves all week and that goes very well with the available kitchen utensils. The beds have good mattresses. The days were cold, but all rooms can be heated very well with the stove. There is enough space to store your belongings and the car could be parked in front of the door. Nice hot water in the shower. Glad there was a vacuum cleaner. The wifi is of very good quality. For those who come for walking or cycling, this is a very nice place.

Very nice host, were called in advance that we could come sooner. Good reception, apartment with the host views.The apartment is simple but almost fully equipped. We use a lot of ice cubes in our drinks, there is no freezer in the fridge, which we found to be a loss. Furthermore, the apartment was very schoon.De environment, we have walked a lot, is great, especially if you come from the flat west. You really think you are abroad. Another advantage is that there is a great restaurant, De Kleine Koning next door. I strongly recommend this apartment, very good base for beautiful walks.

Schin op geul is centrally located in relation to Maastricht and Aachen. From here you can make beautiful bike rides through southern limburg. Also beautiful walks in the immediate area, especially in the gerendal.The residence "sunflower" is a great base. Unfortunately a bit noisy.

We were warmly welcomed by the friendly owner and he explained the very clean simple home where everything we needed was present. One can walk here quietly or drive by car through the beautiful hilly surroundings or visit the beautiful cities such as Valkenburg or Maastricht.

Accommodation fine, good reception, which we find as a disadvantage that you can only get there at 4 pm.Only in the brochure of Belvilla is tourist tax € 1.30 per night, but that is € 1.75 p. night.

Upon arrival we were received by the owner, who showed us the holiday accommodation and gave explanations for certain things. The accommodation is simple, but neat and clean. The area is beautiful and rich in culture, opportunities for walking, cycling and the train station is within walking distance.

This is a beautiful 1-bedroom apartment for 2 people located in Schin op Geul, Netherlands. The holiday home is the perfect base for exploring the area.
The Thermae 2000 wellness centre is in the nearby town of Valkenburg. You can go to one of the many outdoor cafes here or visit the Marl caves. You can also go hiking and cycling along little streams or through the green forests.
You can also take a day trip to Maastricht, Heerlen, Aachen, or Liège and visit the Gaia zoo in Kerkrade or the Brand brewery in Wijlre. You can find supplies and restaurants within 4 km of the home.
