I love this house and its location. The lady who welcomed us was really nice and friendly. The house was really clean, and the bed linnen smelled great. The beds are really comfortable and the garden is beautifull. We have enjoyed our first few days and are looking forward to the rest.

We had a wonderful relaxing holiday. Quiet spacious place, but more than enough to do in the area. The cottage exceeded our expectations. Nicely refurbished, two fresh eggs from the chickens every day, a huge garden where there is always shade. Many hiking and MTB possibilities. We look back very positively on the past fourteen days.

Prachtig huis en tuin. De faciliteiten waren goed en de eigenaar heel vriendelijk. Het enige nadeel was dat we geboekt hadden voor 5 slaapkamers, maar toen we aankwamen waren er maar 4 slaapkamers ivm een recente verbouwing.

We have been in this fantastic house from 1 to 8 December. We celebrated the Sinterklaas weekend with our children and grandchildren, and then completed the week together. Around the lovely wood stove and the two large tables it was nice to stay with sleeping places enough! Location is wonderful, you walk out the door and are in Spa with a few minutes. Wonderful walks made with the dog. Reception was fine, neat explanation about the sauna, bubble bath and the operation of the waste separation. Great bedrooms with double beds and one with bunk beds. the only thing, do not forget warm socks, the floor is everywhere from tiles and fresh on your feet. We enjoyed!!

We hadden met 2 gezinnen een leuke vakantie ondanks het weer. De villa was mooi en proper! Er waren ook verschillende renovatiewerken gebeurd en nieuwe zaken aangekocht zoals spelen. De foto's op de website dienen wel aangepast te worden want de werkelijkheid is dus echt nog wel veel beter dan de foto's doen vermoeden, het speeltuig is wel niet meer wat jammer was voor de kids dus dient ook wel aangepast te worden aan de foto's en omschrijving. Een goeie tip voor het wellness gedeelte is dat je echt na elke beurt de ruimte goed moet verluchten, ook niet meer dan normaal uiteindelijk. Temperatuur van de jacuzzi is wel bij te regelen via een kraan in de kamer ernaast, dit hebben we zelf gevonden.

Good and punctual reception. We were given a tour of the house, the operation of the sauna and hot tub was explained. The house is heated by electricity, but there is also a wood burning stove that we were able to use. In any case, this ensured that the living room was fully heated. We made the final statement ourselves, after which our deposit was refunded very shortly after our stay, punctually and correctly. On departure we forgot some of our personal belongings. The owner sent this to us, thank you!

Beautiful house (you), nice beds and everything else well cared for. Here and there a light that needs to be replaced. Sauna is nice and big and works fine. The depicted jacuzzi was a bit disappointing. This is more like a bubble bath of max 40cm deep, where you can fit up to 3 people.

Nice and neat house. Beautiful surroundings and easy to find. Close to the centre. Unfortunately, the dishwasher and the hot tub were defective. Bathroom 1 is outdated, but clean. Everything else clean and tidy, beds were good!

Het was een leuk huisje met goede ligging in bosrijke omgeving maar ook dichtbij Stavelot, Watervallen van COO,.. ook met kleine kindjes kan je je dagen hier goed vullen. Enkel de jaccuzi was veel te warm, daar kon je de watertemperatuur niet van kiezen dus die hebben we eigenlijk niet kunnen gebruiken!

Nice location and cozy living room / kitchen, the stove was a big plus and wonderfully warm. Rooms are sober, a pity no night light and the pillows and blankets were not so clean even though we had our own bed linen. Kitchen had everything that was needed, good for a weekend. It should be noted that the room that was located along the sauna and jacuzzi area was super humid. Couldn't spend the night there, so I slept on the couch and shared the beds. But perfect for a weekend!

The arrival went smoothly. The bathrooms are unpleasant, outdated and need to be replaced. A beautiful garden, well and quietly located. We are sorry that the heating is on electricity (consumption is charged extra). Positive is that one can heat the living room with wood for free. Jacuzzi is not a real jacuzzi but whirlpool (no added value). When filling is all the hot water from the boiler. Ceiling on the ground floor is much too low a person of 1m80 can not walk around here without bumping the head. The entrance hall is far too small to accommodate 12 people, it is difficult to lose your coats and shoes.

Ultimately, Belvilla had to intervene and they believed us. Was very negative and last time we rented something similar. In addition, old and unkempt accommodation, high cost certainly not worth it. When the sauna or jacuzzi was started, the rest of the electricity went out. Water jacuzzi also got cold after half an hour. However, a high energy bill (the house is fully electrically heated), so we had to pay an extra 300-400 euros for one night.

Very damp house, very outdated and downstairs in the basement there was a lot of mold. You smelled this enormously, there was no sleeping downstairs so we had to sleep on the couch. This house should not have been rented out until the house was completely in order. On the ceiling you could see that the mold had been wiped off. Think the house has had flooding! Kitchen was well equipped and in the living room it was pleasant to have the wood stove on after two days. We will not come back here!
