Very good holiday home.
We were with 10 adults and 6 small chilldren. Everybody was very happy and enjoyed the stay.
The villa is very clean and the bed was good. I can recommand to other groups and big familys.

Warm welcome and fresh flowers on the table. Nicely furnished house, fully equipped.Mooie kitchen with all the trimmings. Nice garden where our grandchildren could play to their heart's content. Had a great family weekend. Recommended!

We arrived at the planned arrival and were greeted by the homeowner very nice shortly after getting out. He showed us the house and explained the important things. The house is perfect for a larger group. The decor is upscale and in good condition. There are plates and glasses in abundance, which is very positive, because you have to wash everything else directly. We felt very comfortable. The new bathrooms contributed a significant part here. The animal friends, the chickens, were nice neighbors and put us very tasty eggs, which we were allowed to consume. All in all a very successful stay!

Super nice holiday home, generous, lovingly furnished, modern bathrooms, good beds, nice uncomplicated owners, the waived the deposit. Good location, 5 minutes by car to the beach and 8 minutes to the center. Chickens provided us with eggs every day, 3 sweet sheep. Great garden, ideal for playing football. Trampoline available. We felt comfortable with 12 people!

We really enjoyed ourselves! The hostess was very cordial and had already turned on the heating nicely before our arrival. She was very easygoing and emphasized that we should enjoy our vacation and not worry. We received a nice package of bath towels and bed linen. Important to know though: the pictures on the website are no longer correct. There are no more bunk beds, but all normal beds. Differing from single beds, 1.40 meter beds and 1.60 meter beds. Feedback for the owner to take a moment to add a floor plan to this website or a correct bedroom layout.

We had a great stay in Julianadorp. It was a great house with everything you need. I was a little critical of the location at first, on the one hand a relatively busy road and on arrival on the other side tractor noise. My fears were not confirmed, all in all it was a very quiet holiday. We can only recommend the house.

Very nice and big house. We recovered very well there. The North Sea is nearby as well as shops, so we didn't have to drive long. Smaller towns are also nearby, very worth seeing and we could shop well. We could do a lot with the family. We all liked it very much.

Arrival was very pleasant, friendly reception and a beautiful and clean house. Villa dune view is certainly as beautiful as in the pictures. The garden is ideal, completely fenced and privacy and a wonderful playground for young and old. Chickens are cozy and the eggs tasty. The sheep are fun to watch. The beach is less than fifteen minutes by bike and very spacious and clean. It was nice cycling in the head of North Holland!

We were with our family of 16 in summer in the house and were totally thrilled. The house is spacious and very warm and nicely decorated. We played a lot in the large fenced garden with the children. The children also loved the chickens and goats. To the beach we went by bike or car. It was an all-round successful holiday!

The accommodation was very good. The dining table for 16 people was a hit. Very nice to sit at a table with a large group. Also the number of beds was good. The only thing we missed here and there was some hooks in the bathrooms.

Fine arrival heater was turned good for us and the house was nice I spent Christmas mood. Especially the lights in the garden we found very nice! Lovely house, great big kitchen with large table, the garden is ideal for children, especially the chicken and seek out the eggs were a favorite with the kids! had great weekend!

It is a beautiful, lovingly decorated house. The beach is easy to reach by bike, as is the surrounding area with its cute places. The landlords are super nice, live next door and are quickly on site when help is needed.

We were very warmly welcomed by the host and hostess. The house is very spacious and is modernly furnished. Also the kitchen is large. The garden is amazing, especially for grandchildren. The veranda with the long table gives a Mediterranean feel. We have been very pleased with our children and grandchildren. The beach is too far away to walk. Beach and dunes are very beautiful here.

Beautiful character house. Spacious table where a large group can be seated. Ideal for large groups. Five bedrooms, 1 of which is on the ground floor. Three beautiful bathrooms, one with a bath. Bring your bicycles to get to the beach quickly (3 km) or enjoy cycling through the dunes. A lunch at one of the beach bars is also recommended, as is a visit to Den Helder. For example, for the youth to tree climbing park or to the Marine museum.

I experienced a warm welcome to this great house. The large living kitchen appeals to us very much. In real life this accommodation is even bigger than the pictures show. I have been cycling the environment, we have visited the observatory and have fun on the beach.
