A luxurious 8-person holiday villa located between the seaside resorts of De Koog and Den Burg, near the beach and forest. This spacious country house is tastefully furnished and fully equipped.

The living room features a sitting area with a gas fireplace, smart TV, and music system. There is a dining area with a large dining table for 8 people. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with various built-in appliances, including a combination microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, filter coffee maker, toaster, and sandwich maker.

There is one bedroom on the ground floor with an en-suite bathroom featuring a spacious walk-in shower, sink, and toilet. Upstairs, there are three bedrooms and a separate second bathroom. This bathroom is equipped with a double Finnish sauna, a spacious walk-in shower with a sunshower, a bathtub with a whirlpool function, and a vanity unit. All bedrooms in the house have comfortable box-spring beds and a TV. There is also a separate toilet on both the ground and first floors.

The living area opens directly onto the terrace through sliding doors. The terrace is equipped with a dining set, a lounge set, and a parasol. The garden faces south. Bicycles can be safely stored in the typical Texel beach hut. You can also use the garden fireplace and charcoal barbecue. The children can enjoy bouncing around on the in-ground trampoline while you enjoy the peace and quiet with a snack and a drink. The 8-person wood-fired hot tub is available year-round.

A washing machine, dryer, and children's furniture are available in the utility room. Free Wi-Fi is available. Underfloor heating ensures a comfortable temperature. Firewood is provided as standard; we charge €27.50 for this. You will receive approximately 5 bags of wood.
