The summer house was well furnished and cosy, but there were some shortcomings, among other things, several folding curtains were in pieces, e.g. in a couple of the rooms facing the road, not super fun to sleep there, It was very cold in the house and not possible to regulate the heat, for various reasons we don't use the stove, so had to resort to blankets and woolen socks!

The house was very dirty when we arrived, there was dog hair, stains and dust everywhere, / There was an old, moldy filter bag in the coffee machine and old capsules from the previous owner in the Nespresso, The door handle is broken and you have to hold it in your hand all the time, Unfortunately there is no description of the heating in the house, In order to lower the temperature (especially in the bedrooms), a house technician had to come specially, Unfortunately it was still too warm afterwards, Actually a nice house, with a good room layout, but despite the relatively new year of construction, it was already very "used to", The couch was really dusty, you could smell the dust, / Unfortunately the vacuum cleaner was not particularly powerful to vacuum the couch, Maybe a new vacuum cleaner bag would have done the trick, But unfortunately there was nothing like that in this house, just like there was no cleaning product (I have had something like that in every house so far), / Also from I was a little disappointed with the staff in the Dancenter service office. My complaint about the cleanliness on arrival was only acknowledged with a shrug of the shoulders. On departure, without asking or a friendly word, the consumption costs were simply billed and that was that. I also think it's a disgrace that I have to pay a 150 kroner fee if I don't pay my consumption costs on site when I leave. The office doesn't open until 10 a.m. Other landlords arrange things like this with a deposit or something similar and then simply refund the remaining amount. / / Conclusion: / The area is very beautiful and absolutely recommended. The house and DanCenter (at least in Fjellerup Strand) are not recommended.

Luxury Lakeside Retreat with Spa-By Traum
Exciting and well-appointed holiday home with whirlpool and sauna located in Fjellerup. The cottage has many exciting solutions, including the submerged whirlpool in the wellness room. In addition, you can relax from the hustle and bustle of the day in the sauna. The house is furnished with three bedrooms and a large, well-appointed living room in extension of the kitchen. You can enjoy the warmth of the brick fireplace. The house is located right down to a small lake, and there is a small terrace so you can sit and enjoy the view of the lake. Fences have been set up along the sides with the possibility of pulling it towards the house, so there is a better possibility for dogs. It only takes approx. 15 min on foot to absolutely good bathing beach, and the beautiful nature found on Djursland you have right outside the house. Not for rent to youth groups.
A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken. The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.
