The penthouse's location is fantastic, right in the heart of Cannes, It's an easy and enjoyable walk to everything you could possibly need, Initially, communicating with the host was a bit challenging, but it improved dramatically, The host is responsive, attentive and genuinely eager to assist, The apartment itself is outstanding, It's very comfortable and surprisingly peaceful, There's a wonderful patio outside, Just be cautious about leaving food out, as it can attract ants - but that's not the host's fault, it's up to the guests to keep the place tidy, We'd absolutely recommend staying here, and if it's available the next time we're in Cannes, we'll definitely be booking it!

We absolutely adored the apartment, It's a spacious apartment with 3 bedrooms and a large living room, as well as a fully equipped kitchen & dining room, The house provides ample storage space for medium to long stays, Although the terrace is a great feature, we couldn't enjoy it due to the cold weather as we are used to tropical climates, This brings us to our only issue,,, none of the bedrooms had heating, The only functioning heater was in the living room, Consequently, my wife had to sleep on the sofa during the nights when the temperature significantly dropped, A very minor inconvenience is that the internet can be temperamental in the bedrooms, but it never completely failed us, The location is superb, within walking distance of Croisette, Palais du festival, and the train station, All the best dining and shopping options are easily accessible, and we took full advantage of them, If you need groceries or fresh produce, there's a supermarket just a minute away, Highly recommended, Cheers
