A well-arranged holiday cottage with a swimming pool section and activity room located in Blåvand. It has everything you need for your holiday. The impressive pool section has a 18 m² large pool with a water slide and counter-current system, lovely whirlpool for 4-6 people and a large sauna. The house is highly spacious and well-dimensioned, with 2 separate sleeping sections with bathrooms. There is also a large mezzanine, popular for children. The natural gathering spot is the large and architect designed combined living room and kitchen. The kitchen is well-arranged and has room for several chefs at the same time. There are 2 ovens, to fridge-freezers plus an extra fridge at the bar, 2 dish washers, 2 coffee machines and a large cooker (induction). The dryer is also placed in the kitchen. The living room is tastefully arranged with comfortable furniture and a wood-burning stove as well as a 65'' flatscreen TV. On the other side of the living room you find the large activity room with a bar, dart and a pool table. There is also Apple TV and 55" Smart TV as well as access to Google Chromecast. PlayStation4 available (bring your own games). There is a large terrace (partly covered) where you can enjoy the Danish summer and comfortable furniture. Here you will find an outdoor kitchen with a wash basin for cleaning fish and then preparing them on the gas grill. There are swings and sandbox for children. The house is opposite Denmark's largest mini-golf facilities and only a short walk from a charming town with good restaurants and shops. Payment for consumption, and deposit must be paid in cash to the landlord at the house. No letting to youth groups.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
