There is an energy efficient heat pump. The cosy living room is combined with the kitchen with microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. The living room has a wood-burning stove, stereo with CD and TV. In addition, the house has a sauna and then there is the swimming pool and whirlpool. The pool is 18 m² and the whirlpool has room for 4 people. The house is on a large, enclosed garden plot where there is excellent shelter. Peaceful location yet close to town with stalls, crafts, etc. No letting to youth groups.
