Thanks to the handy code system to open the door you have no worries on arrival. The code is delivered to you personally by the owner, after which we also received a TOP reception with a clear tour! We had 6 children between 10 and 3 years old, who had a great time enjoying themselves. This while they could not go outside at all due to the rainy weather. The house is spacious enough to sit comfortably together and still have children playing in the same rooms. Beautiful spacious decor, the already modernized bathrooms and kitchens look super! Wonderful sauna and steam cabin. Great environment for walking (on non-rainy days), very quiet location with nice garden. The BBQ is covered and there is a covered pit, so you can also enjoy the outdoors in rainy weather. We will definitely be back!

we have already had a great week in Milan Royale with our family of 12 people this is ideal for us. Everyone has enough private by own room + bathroom. The young people have fully indulged in the basement room by using the pool table, the large television and the beautiful space. There is enough kitchen utensils for cooking. The house can be heated properly what was needed for our older grandmother. The code at the house is ideal, you do not have to provide keys. Some minor comments The bad bath in one room did not work unfortunately. The stairs to the garden was super smooth and dangerous. It was super!

Le Royal Milan is a fantastic house. Spacious, cozy, very well equipped with all kitchen utensils. Nice bar, good sauna and covered BBQ. Beautiful countryside with many possibilities for excursions. Manager very friendly and helpful.

We had a very nice weekend at Le Milan Royal. The house looks even better in real life than in the photos and the beds sleep wonderfully. Pierre is a very friendly and helpful host. I definitely recommend this house!

We had a fantastic week at Le Milan Royal. And we are father and mother, four children and two supporters, 5 grandchildren between 10 and a half. It was another beautiful day. We've been all day outside. Have 2x boat danger to the dam of Robertville, miniature golf played and went to the playground in Malmedy, shopped and gebowled in Malmedy. For the little ones we have set up an inflatable pool. They have so nice wandering around the house.

Beautiful location with all the trimmings. Plenty of room for everyone and the sauna in the basement certainly has extra value. From the gîte you can make beautiful walks in the immediate vicinity and trips by car to, for example, Le signal de Botrange or even Monschau are definitely recommended. Along the way you can even enjoy the beautiful landscapes and open nature. We had a fantastic week, of course also because the heavy rain was not forthcoming. Definitely recommended for people who love nature.
