What a lovely house for a large group! Indeed as stated in other reviews, not quite in perfect condition anymore, but that did not disturb us. The house was clean, and because of the many bedrooms (and bathrooms) there was enough space for everyone to have some privacy. The pool was lovely, and the pool and air hockey tables were also popular. All necessities were present. All in all a very nice house for a weekend with friends!

We have 10 adults and 1 child of 3 years greatly enjoyed this beautiful villa. The villa is large, very clean but some things are due for a makeover. The swimming pool, the sauna, the games room and the huge lawn are really a plus. The area is nothing short of fantastic. You can go hiking or visit the German town of Monschau. We also did a rail bike tour in the area. It was all great fun.

Everything was fine. The arrival and key issue could be arranged in mutual consultation. The pool certainly was an added value. A bit cold but that did not spoil the fun for the small children. The garden was fine, well regrettable that it is not finished with a full fence. Also in the area are many things to visit such as castle Reinhardstein. Definitely worth the walk.

In the area of ​​the swimming pool there is a Jacuzzi for 6 persons. The garden / meadow is huge, although a bit bumpy. 2 coffee filter machines u 1 Senseo. 2 refrigerators (a side-by-side ... ice maker did not work) and dishwasher. Toilet paper, kitchen roll, soap, coffee filter, sharp knife and dishwasher tabs are not available. Furniture quite simple and unspectacular but clean and well maintained. Between the toilet and the kitchen is a cool beer tapping system. Have pre-spoken with the landlord and ordered a 30l Fass Stella (90 €), so we could immediately on arrival a nice cool beer! Drinks, bakery and butcher just around the corner. Overall, we had a wonderful stay. Also with the Nebenkosten billing it no surprises or similar!

Very beautiful; large villa with beautiful garden all around. Lots of privacy too. Nice big terrace too. Fantastic at first sight! A little less on the 2nd view. Mold spots in the bathroom; peeling paint on the walls; in 1 bed there were unfortunately fleas. The mentioned jacuzzi turned out not to be there (anymore). There were no original ping pong balls and the table cannot be "levelled" either because 2 legs are missing. A battery in the clock in the living room would be useful and a parasol (or 3) on the terrace too. Now you are always in the flat sun. All small things, nothing insurmountable but a pity. You also have to take in the 100's of flies because there are no screens, or pack a spray can of Vapona. with 12 people; more than enough to sit inside in rainy weather. The cleaning team was still busy on arrival; but we were also 30 minutes early. And it is well cleaned. No dust to be found - everything very clean! Congratulations to the 2 ladies! The reception by the neighbor across the street was also very smooth and friendly; use of sauna and swimming pool was explained briefly but succinctly, just like the key transfer. In the absence of the WiFi code and table football ball, the owner was immediately contacted and everything arranged smoothly. In short: definitely worth repeating and don't hesitate too long if you want to book. Tip for the owner: the dishwasher and washing machine change places so that the door can open to the pool and so the heat from the pool stays outside the kitchen.

Lovely long weekend (Friday to Sunday) with group of friends and children stayed in this nice house. There is plenty to do for the children so that they are certainly not bored. We had a super beautiful snowy landscape so that made the environment great. Have a nice walk through the white landscape. The house has a good layout, although there was some piece here and there. But that is almost unavoidable with such a large house. We had a lot of fun so a super successful time!

Reception and owner were excellent hosts (women). The villa with all its accessories was to say "you". Swimming pool and play areas (indoor and outdoor) were right up the alley of young and old. Together with the soothing nature silence and the adventurous walks in the area, this villa is a must for anyone who loves the Ardennes !!

Everything to your liking. Beautiful area with plenty of opportunities for walking and cycling and excursions to eg Robertville Lake, Botrange, Ovifat (waterfall). Children and especially grandchildren enjoyed the pool all week. The weather has played a positive role. Have been able to eat outside with the whole group every day. the space in the living room was a bit too narrow for 20 people. We were promised 8 rooms for 20 people. and were able to use 7 rooms which made the distribution a bit more difficult. Have a nice holiday and highly recommended!
