Very quiet, a very beautiful functional house, the swimming pool is magnificent especially at night with the personalized lighting, the only negative point is the location of the barbecue which is not practical to use.

This is a lovely house, with beautiful swimming pool. The air conditioning works well in the smaller bedrooms and the living room, but not so well in the open bedroom under the roof, where the heat nevertheless collects. The area is very quiet, with a golf course in the garden. Sea is a twenty-minute drive, and Cartagena and Alicante is a little further for culture, even though it was warm in the middle of summer. "In the morning, right in the water is great for the children, who also have the little corners in the garden appreciated to be able to read and play in shadow.

villa really well located, on arrival the cleaner notified us that the previous users had broken the door handle meaning we could not lock the door of the villa, and we found the front door difficult on times but did manage a work around, the 2nd bedroom had NO ceiling light just bare wires, the third bedroom being up the stairs and open plan. The pool and location was ideal and other than things mentioned it could have been fantastic

The house is great! Everything you need is there, from patches to beautiful books! It is a top must for families with children. Children can linger in the pool.
