Fantastic accommodation for Grandma's 80th birthday with 17 (young) adults. All 10 grandchildren could use their energy in the pool or the large garden with campfire to kick a ball or play a game. Inside there was also 3 TV "s / screen, air hockey and pool billiards to do. The kitchen was well equipped to bake sandwiches in the morning and to make a 3-course dinner on Grandma's birthday. The area also offers something sporty for everyone to walk, mountain biking or canoeing, but also cultural as brewery (Brasserie Caracole) or Dinant.

A house full of charm, warm and where everything has been thought of to make guests feel at home. The villa is spacious and furnished with great taste and heart! All the guests had an excellent Week end in this house which lacks nothing and where everything is planned to have a good time! Thank you to the owners for the confidence placed in the hosts on arrival and departure and for welcoming us into a well-heated house with all the necessary comfort. We will highly recommend this rental and will be happy to come back if possible.

Nice big house with many rooms. Ideal for large groups. We went with 11 adults and 7 children. Especially the pool was great! 25/7 private access. Large garden And all rooms have their own bath and toilet. Ideal! More than enough towels and a spacious kitchen with a long table that our group adjusted at once We will definitely be back!

The owner of the house had already opened and warmed it up for us shortly before arrival. Beds were made and provided with towels. The pool was also up to temperature. The kitchen is fully equipped for large groups with a long cozy table. We were 6 adults and 12 young people. The facilities were fantastic, the swimming pool, the sauna, the cinema (!) The pool table, the air hockey table, football table, electronic dart board; cozy seats, all rooms have their own bathroom. The owner was easy to reach and kind to drop by when we had some short questions. Nice area with Dinant and Givet nearby. We had a fantastic weekend here!

We arrived in a good clean house, and the accommodation was perfect. Despite the corona we had a wonderful week. There was something for everyone to do at the house. Especially the swimming pool was very popular for the children. What did they enjoy. Furthermore, the cinema pool table football game etc. Plenty of fun. because it was corona we didn't see much of the area, but what we saw radiated tranquility and was beautiful.

Very pleasant home to stay with a group. The kitchen is well equipped, dining room and living room are pleasant. It was not clear to us when booking this property that the ninth bedroom is actually a mezzanine above the room with the bunk beds.

the house was easy to reach. I.v.m the key of the house, the contact with the owner went perfectly. the house was neat. eg beds made +++, hand soap on each sink, towels were neatly prepared. top! Nice area for walking. all costs were included, so you no longer have any surprises. the children were happy with the pool! it was a real windfall.

Special house! Fully equipped, beautiful garden, lovely pool. Kids enjoyed pool table and the "cinema room". Kitchen is perfect: everything is there, even two dishwashers. Due to stairs (also on the ground floor) not really suitable for wheelchairs. Little contact with the manager.

On arrival we were very impressed with the cozy big house. we enjoyed very much. In consultation with the homeowner, we were allowed to arrive earlier because we had a birthday and it was a holiday, this was a very nice gesture. We were a fam 18 people. The pool and the large enclosed garden were great Very strange that there is no description in the house about the customs in and around the house and how to leave the house There were a lot of flies in the house probably through surrounding farmlands with cows. No screens present therefore hung 15 flycatchers. This was very annoying. The house was clean to the eye, clean beds and sanitary facilities, but not clean in corners and edges, lots of cobwebs and dead flies. furniture is outdated and many lampshades piece poor light in the bedrooms near the mirrors. This didn't spoil the fun, but the price-quality ratio is not right.
