Attractive, characteristic house in a good location (half an hour from Bergerac and a few minutes drive to the bakery and supermarket), ideal for groups. We especially enjoyed the beautiful green garden, the swimming pool and the outdoor kitchen. The owner is extremely friendly and welcoming. Definitely recommend!

A typical French house, with a large swimming pool in the garden where we have lived in the outdoor kitchen. The owner is very friendly and helpful. In the neighborhood a small village where a bakery, butcher and three supermarkets are present. Also many wine farms in the area that are worth a visit! In short, had a fantastic week!

We are very very kindly welcomed by the owner with a bottle of wine on the beautiful accommodation with handsome house in original French style. A lot of space, fun with the children and the dogs and this with a nice weather. We will definitely come back to light the bbq again and have a splash in the large private swimming pool with a view of the beautiful perigord. Compliments for the owner who also gives you peace and freedom and who can always appeal to you if what problem would occur.

Friendly owner, has welcomed us with a bottle of wijn.Huis itself is outdated, hygiene sometimes leaves something to be desired. There was mold in the bedroom. The house smelled of the fireplace and musty. Wii was not available since a storm, 2 weeks before. Nice environment with stray rabbits, dogs and donkeys.

first of all; the owner Bertrand Matthieu is extremely friendly and hospitable, nothing to complain about. Then the house: in front of the house there is an old wooden table with chairs that you would rather not sit on, inside the kitchen there is no normal crockery, cutlery, pans, glasses and what is there is dirty, the room on the ground floor is too reachable via a staircase where when you walked down the mice or rats ran away from under your feet, the room smells, is damp and the doors are stuck, the bed for 2 people is very small, the blanket on the bed is made of a kind of wool, stinks and has mold spots. The bathroom is damp, you have to hold the shower because it has broken off, the shower tray is dirty, clogged and overflowing, the tiles are dirty, the bath is also dirty, and the tap is so calcified that you cannot wash your hair in it. every case. If you go with someone who is disabled, this room is in any case not suitable for the disabled. Above the bunk beds, in the open space so nice and quiet you will not sleep, the 2 other rooms are ok but the bathroom is also dirty. The garden around is beautiful but it could use some pruning, the swimming pool is large and clean but there are no tiles around the pool, but a subfloor through which the weeds come through, you cannot walk here with bare feet, especially small children. There are no nice loungers to sunbathe in, but old folding chairs that you can hardly get out of, the table at the pool house is ok but the chairs around it are so worn that all seats are broken, the crockery here too is all dirty, cutlery dirty, glasses dirty, pans dirty, the cupboard with crockery is full of different cuties, nothing matches. The room at the pool house resembles a kind of room at a youth camp with a small bed, the bathroom is ok, but this is certainly not suitable for someone with reduced mobility. We had a nice week together, but the more than 3000 euros we had to pay
