A modern and charming 5-person holiday home located in the seaside resort of De Koog, near the beach and forest. This holiday home is tastefully furnished and fully equipped.

The living room features a sitting area with a smart TV. There is a dining area with a large dining table for 6 people. The kitchen is fully equipped with various built-in appliances, including a combination oven, dishwasher, and coffee machines. There is also a separate toilet on the ground floor.

On the first floor, there are three bedrooms. One bedroom has a double box-spring bed, one bedroom has two single box-spring beds, and one bedroom has one single box-spring bed. The bathroom with a spacious shower, toilet, and vanity is also located on the first floor. The master bedroom has a TV.

The front garden has a covered patio and a lounge set. The fully enclosed back garden is also equipped with garden furniture. The terrace faces southeast. Bicycles can be safely stored in the shed.

A washing machine, dryer, and children's furniture are available. Free Wi-Fi is available. This accommodation is non-smoking and two pets are allowed (surcharge). Private parking for one car is available. You share the parking space with the smaller holiday home (Achter de Zandduyn - Ruijslaan 13c).

The holiday home is adjacent to our studio apartment at Ruijslaan 13C. These apartments can easily be combined if desired. The gate, normally closed, can be opened, creating a single unit.
