We felt very, very comfortable here for 2 weeks. Ms. Schmitz is a great host and the village is very idyllic and quiet. Everything was very clean, not a speck of dust to be found even in the smallest corner. The kitchen is showing its age, but everything works. If you are looking for peace and relaxation, this is the right place for you. There are various shops (approx. 2.5 km away) in Hillesheim. There is also a lot to see there, we often went there on foot. In addition, Gerolstein is not far away if you want to stroll through a city. There are also plenty of opportunities to go hiking in the immediate vicinity. The Dauner Maare, the Moselle, the Nürburgring etc. are all in the immediate vicinity, so it never gets boring. Our 10-year-old son even made friends in Bolsdorf. We'd love to come back sometime.

Very nice received by the family Schmitz with coffee and cake. Accomodation neat and clean and suitable for the disabled who are NOT completely roll-off. Environment very nice but with a wheelchair more difficult to pass. Have enjoyed a wonderful week.

We were welcomed by the owner and his wife with coffee and "Kuchen". The accommodation was an apartment in a house with several apartments. We had an apartment on the ground floor. Spacious enough for two people, friendly and rural atmosphere. The cooking facilities were very small and limited. (Two electric wicks and no workspace.) There was no dishwasher, but there was a coffee machine and a small microwave. Everything was clean. It is a small village, so there is not much to do. To view something or for a restaurant you really have to go out by car.

It is a great accommodation, nice sleep and nice shower. We had very nice weather, the balcony on the side of the house is really lovely. The breakfast in the morning sun was great. Very quiet village, so really enjoy the silence. Very friendly host and hostess. When it comes to cooking, a wok or frying pan is handy to have. As well as a peel / knife. Recommended is the restaurant 2 km away is a nice walk through the meadow, view of the terrace is fantastic, the managers are very attentive and the food is good.

The area is beautiful, walks are not difficult. For groceries and sandwiches you have to go to Hillesheim. Unfortunately, our bungalow had a refrigerator that did not work, a shower that could use an extra turn and where you have to be very careful of the tap. If you accidentally hit it, the water will be scalding hot or cold. So with some minor adjustments it is otherwise an excellent apartment.

We are very well received by fam.Schnitz with coffee and apple strudel, followed by a short tour of the house. The furniture is somewhat dated and the kitchen and the kitchen facilities are actually too limited for preparing a complete meal. The area is fantastic, beautiful views and many winding mountain roads in the Vulkaneifel.

Unfortunately, the accommodation was dirty. There was hair and crumbs from the previous tenant on the toasting. In the bathroom we found used ear cleaners. Months were certainly not cleaned on the cupboards! Lots of woolen mice under the bed. The fridge also dirty! In addition, there is a picture with a fireplace, but it does not exist.Sauna 1 infusion 15 € I personally find a bit crass ... The landlord could not be reached. After trying for 3 days, we included the page and sent photos of the condition. Belvilla was shocked and very helpful! Even after the complaint, there was no response from the landlord. We would have found an apology, the removal of the dust and dirt or at least a good discount. The environment was super nice and quiet. There was a lot to see and we had great weather. Because of the circumstances we will of course not be staying at this guest house again !!!

Lovely place to take a rest. House Rose had everything we needed. A good bed is not unimportant. Friendly house owners where we were welcomed with coffee and cake. A great place to explore the Eifel.
