The cottage was quite okay and we had a nice time, but the photos were nicer than it actually was. Everything was a bit damaged, the walls, stains on the couch, stains on the heater, just not clean, etc. The BBQ, garden furniture cushions, and parasol were not there; after inquiring, we were fortunately able to arrange the parasol, but the cushions had apparently been thrown away at some point... Not a very well-equipped kitchen, just 2 wine glasses and only 1 garbage bag, which is annoying because it's so full, and no extra toilet roll or dishwasher tablet. That kind of small stuff should just be there for convenience, and I shouldn't have to buy it when I'm staying there for a few days. So definitely some points for improvement, but it is a nice place and we had a lovely few days!

Location: The apartment is on the ground floor with its own small garden in the holiday resort of Gasteig. Only about 10 minutes downhill by car is St. Johann with its wide range of shops and restaurants. Meals: There is an inn in town, a café right next door, the show dairy at the Wilder Kaiser with a shop about 5 minutes' walk away. A bread delivery service can be used in the morning. Supervision: The good soul Barbara is on hand with advice and action; Room layout: living/dining area with kitchen, 2 bedrooms, bathroom and separate toilet, ideal size for us (6 people);

We had a really nice time in the apartment in Kirchdorf which is actually in the Gasteig district 3km away. But that doesn't detract from the good situation. Everything can be easily reached from the apartment. You are also very well looked after. Dear Barbara does everything to ensure that nothing is missing. The equipment of the apartment is very good, everything is there that you need.

The Wilder Kaiser is perfect as a holiday region. Many cable cars can be used and a variety of hiking trails are available. Only the location of the apartment is bad. Not in Kirchdorf at all! But on the mountain in Gasteig. No bakery or restaurant nearby! Every time you have to drive down from the mountain first. It's frustrating. The apartment is no longer an option for us.

We look forward to welcoming you as guests in our apartment "Jäger" in Tyrol. Enjoy the alpine cosiness and atmosphere in our newly renovated and completely newly furnished apartment. We have designed the apartment with much effort and attention to detail. We hope that you will find your perfect holiday in this stunning location. The apartment has 2 separate bedrooms (with a total of 6 beds), a large living and dining area with an open kitchen and a bathroom as well as a separate toilet. Additionally there is an underground parking space for your car. In addition, there is a public parking lot about 200 meters away.   In winter you will find many large ski resorts such as St. Johann, Kitzbühel, Waldring-Steinplatte and Ellmau-Scheffau nearby, which can easily be reached by ski bus. The ski bus leaves from the main street on the corner of Café Hautz. Alternatively, just open the front door to find a cross-country ski run.  In summer the fantastic mountains invite you to go hiking. Directly in front of our apartment "Jäger" you can start to the impressive Kaiserbachtal and the legendary Teufelsgasse, which are among the most popular destinations in the Kitzbühel Alps. For a more relaxed pastime we recommend a visit to the cheese dairy "Wilder Käser", just a few minutes walk from the apartment. Fishing fun for the whole family is provided by the fishponds "Quellfisch" in nearby Schwendt. Shopping fun you can find at the high-end boutiques in Kitzbühel. We remain with best regards, "Pfiat eich" Guests are welcome to stay at this holiday apartment in Tyrol at the foot of the Wilder Kaiser. In both summer and winter, it makes an excellent base for exploring the Kitzbühel Alps. You may unwind in the garden or on the sun-drenched terrace and set up barbeques. Look forward to the impressive mountains amid the Kitzbühel Alps. You will find in the vicinity Nature Park with alpacas, llamas, ponies, sheep, rabbits, donkeys and goats. Ellmie's Magic World in Ellmau in Tyrol is also a great place to visit. Enjoy the annual Hahnenkamm race in the elegant winter sports resort of Kitzbühel. You can indulge in hiking, cycling and rock climbing in Salzburg, which is more than a city of Mozart and is the UNESCO World Cultural City. Gut Kramerhof and Pointenhof are good restaurants. Kaiserquell Wellness Center in Kirchdorf is best for a sauna, steam bath, manual therapy and has a pool with giant slides. Nespresso machine is available. Washing machine has to be paid on site (not for free) Kufstein-Langkampfen Airport is 37 km away.
