Had a great stay! Beautiful cottage, luxurious and very clean on arrival. A lovely garden with sun loungers with a fantastic panoramic view. The owner and owner are very nice people who greet you every day. If there is anything you can contact them. A few small tips towards the owner; (Roller) curtain is missing in 1 of the bedrooms, the air conditioning did not get cold, but we did not let people know this either. Furthermore, we only missed kitchen utensils such as more (frying) pans and something like a vacuum cleaner or broom. Stay was perfect in every way…definitely book!

Beautifully neat holiday home and very friendly owners. However, bring your own towels, Belvilla puts in the advertisement that this is free, but that was not the case.
After a lot of emailing and chatting with Belvilla, I still have no response to this and also not my money back for the towels. Furthermore, as a holiday stay, definitely recommended, plenty of fun trips in the neighbourhood

Good quality price ratio. On the site, bath and linen was included when booking, but according to the landlord, that did not apply to the bath linen, so unclear. Sofa in the living room needs to be replaced. Mattresses in the small bedroom on the hard side. Please note that there is NO kettle.

Couldn't watch TV all week due to problems with reception (cable).

this house is anything but nice. you don't have any privacy to begin with. The cottage is located in their garden, about 1 meter away. they also watched us. this makes you feel a little watched. in addition, after some time there is no more hot water. the cottage should be able to receive 4 people, but when the 4th person wanted to take a shower after an active 15 km walk through the Ardennes, there was no hot water left in the shower. even the basic products that you usually have in a holiday home were missing. washing-up sponge / cloth but also a bath mat.

Crockery was not clean properly, the coffee stains were still in and on the cups. In the second bedroom there are no mattresses on the bed but concrete blocks, also nice to lie down on after walking and cycling routes of so many km.

On departure I wanted to explain to the gentleman that there was no hot water, to which the gentleman reacted quite disrespectfully by shushing it away with hand gestures. He also did a check, which makes sense. But sir wanted to start checking the house instead of having a chat / saying hello first. I have often traveled to the Belgian Ardennes in the past 2 years, have booked several holiday homes for this, but this house was really NOT recommended! The departure just now in which the gentleman waves me away with a hand gesture in a nonchalant, rude, annoyed way because I wanted to explain that there was no hot water. For this I have done my best to be able to discuss a farewell message in advance via google translate, since the gentleman does not speak a letter of English. Very unfortunate if you have been able to enjoy nature warmly here, then you have to end your holiday with a feeling of going home..
