The living room has a smart TV with Danish TV channels and wireless internet. There is underfloor heating throughout the house, which is heated by an energy-efficient air/water heat pump. There are four bedrooms, all with two single beds, as well as a loft with mattresses for two people. There are two bathrooms in the house, one with a toilet, sink, and shower, the other with a washing machine and dryer. Enjoy the sun on the large wooden terrace in the garden furniture or on the sun loungers, and when evening approaches, you can extend the evening's cosiness under the semi-covered terrace with patio heater while conjuring up a delicious meal on the barbecue. There is a charging station for electric cars Type 2-IEC 62196-2. Close to the house, there is a large communal area for free use. The house is close to bowling, a golf course, Put & Take, and close to shopping and the town center.
