A modernised holiday cottage located in the outskirts of a quiet and scenic area, but still in biking distance to a child-friendly beach. The house has within recent years been modernised with a kitchen and domestic appliances and bright wooden floors. In the dining and living room there is a TV and wood-burning stove, and direct access to a partly covered terrace. 2 bedrooms, both with double bed (1½ man double bed). Closed garden with plants and trees where children can rump around. Carport. The house is located on the same road as unit 28502, so if you are several people that go on holiday together, you can rent both units and be close to each other.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
