The studio has everything necessary for our stay - it's compact but highly efficient with a very expansive bathroom, As for location, it's situated on a peaceful street, while simultaneously being very accessible, Strasbourg-Saint-Denis is only a few minutes away, We relished our journey and heartily endorse it to all!! It was the most central apartment with a double bed and not a sofa bed or in a loft, Well linked to the centre, and close to a pedestrian street with bars and cafes, A beautiful arch dominates the nearby square, Comfortable apartment, easy to get in and out of, It's a first floor without an elevator, equipped kitchen without an oven or dishwasher, several interesting places to eat nearby, I would perhaps avoid the easternmost part of the neighbourhood, The apartment is managed by a company, and arrival is autonomous with a key box,

This spot gets a perfect score from me, 10/10! I strongly endorse this location! The flat was tidy, stunning, and stocked with all the necessary amenities, The area was fantastic, easily accessible and safe, with an abundance of eateries and pubs nearby! The host was extremely accommodating and responsive, The only downside was the lack of wifi, but apart from that, my stay was exceptional :)

Joeffrey's apartment is a charming, contemporary space, It was equipped with everything we required during our Paris stay, including snacks, tea and coffee capsules, The place appears more impressive than its photographs, the bed was ultra-comfortable, and the neighbourhood was serene and secure, A number of great bistros and vibrant streets are within walking distance, and the metro station is just a minute or two away on foot, I wholeheartedly endorse Joeffrey's place for an ideal Parisian stay!

The location is really central, everything is within walking distance and there are subway stations right by the accommodation, The self check-in was straightforward with clear instructions (including pictures) so we found the accommodation/entrance easily, The size is sufficient for 2 people, for 3 people it is doable but a bit tight, There is a lot of renovation going on at the moment which is a plus but not everything was completely finished, If you want to cook yourself there are enough pots/pans, but a few spoons are missing,

A superb apartment tastefully decorated in a quiet street and really close to the metro, Excellent location, you can walk to lively streets with bars and shops in a few minutes, Clean overall, comfortable bedding, very good quality bath linens, the towel warmer is a plus and really hot, Some furniture is different like the shelf or the small chest but not really important, The only small downside: you can hear the neighbors' toilet flush and also when they pass by our door, We had an excellent stay, Good communication with the agency,
