A truly beautiful holiday home with all the comforts. An extensive inventory in the kitchen to prepare your own meals. A friendly owner. The central heating boiler broke down on us. The owner immediately arranged a technician and the problem was solved the next morning. We experienced the stay as very pleasant and would like to return. The surroundings are also beautiful.

A beautiful rural house. It is such a beautiful sight to see the horses around the house. The furnishings are really great. 2 bathrooms. Everything was tip top clean. Nice barbecue set. Every detail has been taken into account, even the dishwasher tablets, waste bags and coffee cups. This house is highly recommended. Slightly close to mountain bike trails. If we had a question, the owners were ready for us within 5 minutes. Very friendly people. A washing machine would have been useful for our family in the warm weather, but the owners were able to quickly supply us with new towel sets. So this problem was quickly solved.
The house is located on a N road. We were not bothered by the traffic, but it is not easy to go for a walk or cycle in the evening.

What a great time we had. Very nice house with really all the trimmings. Very clean and equipped with everything you need. We will definitely come back, but not for a weekend. That was actually too short. Thank you family for the warm welcome.

This accommodation is top notch, everything is there. But then everything. Nice playroom for children, nice reading corner at the top of the stairs. Many games for indoors but also for outdoors. The house is very neat and luxurious
We will definitely go back there again, and I will recommend it for larger families. 9 people is also really doable. You have a lot of space at home, but also outside.

Despite the rain, we had a very nice week with the family in this beautiful and spacious villa. Owners are very friendly and welcoming. All comfort is present and the view of the meadow with horses creates an instant holiday feeling.
All rooms are very spacious and the bathrooms are large and tidy.
Impressed by the available kitchen tools that we often lack in other houses (mixer, Nespresso machine, oven & microwave, pots for microwave & oven).
There is sound transmission between the 1st floor and the ground floor, but it is certainly not disturbing.
The ping pong table and table football were a success with the kids, as was the large garden, which was perfect for a game of Kubb or petanque.
You can easily park 3 cars in the parking lot.
Perfect location as there are several hiking trails within half an hour's drive, Durbuy, the caves of Hann, ....
We can only recommend a stay in this villa.

The house was spacious, cozy and clean, with very good beds. Everything was there to cook with the children. And there was a playroom for the little ones. We only missed a small shelter to put the buggy under after the many beautiful walks in the mud :) We will definitely go back!

Table tennis and football table on the terrace. Lots of privacy, pleasant owners (live next to the house). Excellent base to discover the area. Near Caves of Han with beautiful wildlife park (especially in the fall a must for a nice walk).

A beautiful, large, new house that leaves nothing to be desired. The house is just fantastic. It is even better than it looks in the pictures. The equipment is just fantastic, everything is well maintained and new. Great for a family vacation, with the large living room and the very well-equipped kitchen. The environment is very beautiful, from the terrace window you have a beautiful view of the horses and the beautiful landscape. Who wants to have peace in a beautiful location should choose this house. The owners live next door and are very friendly and courteous. They were very nice so we could even check in earlier. We were then also surprised with a delicious cake and chocolate. We will definitely come back again.

Arrival a bit top. Well received and had a tour. House is top notch. Equipped with every luxury. Very nicely decorated. Environment is also good. As described, the house is on a busy road. we have not been bothered by this. Garden is big enough for the children and have played a lot here and the horses loved it. The playroom on the ground floor was great. The children have used this a lot. Plenty of toys etc. There is plenty to do in the area. Had a very nice holiday with the family.

We found the stay very pleasant. The house is beautiful. We felt very welcome by the nice welcome, the attentions such as coffee, tea, chocolates etc. The location of the house is fantastic. The decor is very beautiful. It couldn't have been better. We enjoyed the wonderful bath and the rain showers. The kitchen is fully and luxuriously furnished. The living room is spacious with a large round dining table and spacious seating area. Outside was a lounge set and a spacious 10-person table with chairs. The wide view is amazing. We can't think of anything we missed in and around the house. It was perfect. There was a games room, games and reading books inside. A table tennis table and badminton rackets for outside. There is much to do in the area. the ruins of Rochefort, the caves of Han, Dinant and Chevetogne are certainly worth a visit.
