Upon arrival, the permanent presence of the owner was too long. On the house is nothing to criticize !! We were 17 adults, 2 babies and 4 dogs. Everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom. Also for our parents, who are less mobile, everything was adjusted. The house is very well insulated in terms of sound !! Furthermore, a very good equipped kitchen with enough glasses, plates, cutlery, pots, .... Everything also very neat !! We had bad weather and could not sit outside but in good weather, I think it is not really possible to go outside with a large group together The area invites you to take beautiful walks.In short, we had a fantastic weekend despite the bad weather, because there was also a lack of indoor activities: billiards, table tennis, table tennis, ...

La Ferme d"Amel is a very spacious and well-maintained house! There were sufficient sanitary facilities and the kitchen was also well equipped. A beautiful and quiet environment.
The host was very friendly and helpful.

Clean house, very aangenaam.Vriendelijke huisbaas.We were with the whole family (ages between 86 and 2 + wheelchair) and everyone was really also plaatsje.Mooie environment, many obligations.The be repeated and recommended!

Huge house with 650 m² and a great equipment. 10 bedrooms with flexible occupancy and all but two rooms with bathrooms. The sauna and steam bath are easy to use, as are billiards, table football and table tennis. Only the dartboard could use an upgrade. The kitchen is well equipped and everything you need is available. The house offers many places to stay and is more than sufficiently barrier-free with an elevator. The hosts are very nice and always helpful. It was a great weekend for our whole family.

We were 13 adults and 12 children. Everything as described. Great kitchen, lots of space, large winding house - great for the older children. Playroom great - but unfortunately a working cue, the net of the table tennis table and the rackets had their best days already behind them, no darts. WM we could also look easily. Only the floor of the driveway and the yard are not for small children. Kaputter washed concrete - very bumpy and pointed. Some cats were running around too - a very friendly one. A very nice landlord - all without problems. We will be back.

Holiday home was fine, beautiful area with plenty to do. Good manager / owner receipt. He keeps an eye on everything, it was just not pushy, but is not what we used to in other homes.

Was a beautiful house all sat on and on. Nice clean and friendly owner. We had nothing on what to merken.Wat we liked that the owner ever came to chat and gave us tips on where we could go and was very helpful. He is most interested us. Yes it was very cozy. Nice quiet area. Time gotten good.

We go every year with a large group of family for a week in the Ardennes. Here we had a great week. Very nice and spacious house, well maintained, with a very nice view. Very well equipped professional kitchen with dishwasher, stove with functioning oven etc. Beautiful bathrooms. Fun was also the sauna and infrared cabin. The owner was exceptionally helpful when refused to initiate one of our cars. The only disadvantage at the end of our stay was the relatively high final bill, although it was still relatively warm throughout the week.

The house offers many opportunities for a large group. Ideal for a weekend getaway with the whole family. There are various home entertainment options, so in bad weather there is also something to do. The interior is solid, atmospheric and very neat. There is plenty of plumbing. It is puzzling that the room partition, but you can advance all.

Especially for the kids a party because of the arcade. We unfortunately had very bad weather and this was a plus. Dishwasher was for some people however minimal, even some small pots ... so you really have to divide. Everything else was fine.

We booked our annual family vacation in this house. Every day we enjoyed the steam room and sauna. We were lucky with the weather on Saturday, it was beautiful! We were able to enjoy our barbecue. The youth also amused themselves in the games room, there was something for everyone. The host welcomed us with open arms, even though he lives nearby, he kept aloof but we could always go with our questions.

We had beautiful weather that weekend and this in combination with this lovely stay in a very quiet, blissful surroundings, let us decide to go back there next year. The area during the autumn is a "must" for all those who enjoy walking, fall colors and nature. The kitchen, the material and the industrial dishwasher were top.
