The welcome was very friendly. The cottage was really clean. The garden beautiful and quite large. Lots of privacy. The location and the environment is also recommended. However, what we did not know and is nowhere to be found is that we had to pay for the electricity after our stay. If you use the electric heaters, it can add up considerably. The boiler is also quite small, so you really have to pay attention if you want to shower with several people. Furthermore, I can really recommend the house. It is a beautiful house. Certainly in the summer it is a good holiday there. Keep in mind that it can be quite fresh early in the spring (April) in the evening. You really need the fireplace. But that also brings fun. owner is very friendly and helpful. It is not luxury but you have everything you need for a pleasant stay. The pictures do not lie. In reality it is certainly a picture.

Great location for the dog with enclosed garden. To go to beautiful cities or to the sea, you must be prepared to drive considerable distances by car. We were 3 people in this house and still missed a few things in the kitchen such as a large frying pan and large cooking pans. There is also nothing to beat whipped cream. We did not find cleaning products for the toilet bowl or wipes and mop. It is also ideal if you are looking for peace and quiet and a spacious outdoor area. Also the reception by Silvia Conti was fine in English. Only checking out was a bit more difficult as this was done by a friend of Silvia's who could not speak English and we did not speak Italian.

Beautiful location and surroundings. The furnishings are very simple, especially when it comes to kitchen utensils and glassware. Wifi is available, but ask for a manual, the password alone is not sufficient.
Recommended for peace and quiet and possibly with young people.

The house is beautifully situated and really has a very large garden. Well maintained. It could be well selected throughout the day for shade or sun spots. So good to hold out. You are in terms of reasonable travel time from major tourist spots, but because it is a lot quieter. We have fine vermaakt.Het only thing we missed was a good sofa or chairs in the living room. There is only a table with wooden benches and chairs.

The house is small, but nice. It would be nice even a bed for the evening was, otherwise everything there, what your heart desires. The homeowners are incredibly friendly and helpful. We were traveling with our dog there for the wonderful garden was a paradise.

Those looking for a break from the big cities, this is the place. We spent a fantastic week with our Bernese Mountain dog on this vast estate. The journey is not for the faint of heart, because the roads are very curvy and the locals rush in spite of everything. The entire area is fenced and the country house in good shape - but you have to expect a design district. The only drawback of the building, the staircase to the upper floor is really tight - if somewhat unsteady on his feet is to be careful. The Internet is available, but the mobile internet is not really fast. Mails will check, not stream videos rather. Thanks Hotbird satellite has a large selection of informative and entertaining stations (we recommend a few minutes Somali TV!) - However, there is only the ARD and DW in German. The property itself was in good shape - we were able to pick fresh figs and strawberry grapes. The really dliegt but very remote - there can also be a bit creepy at night before, when you suddenly hear noises - but we city dwellers have become accustomed to after two days of nature. casa la Meridiana is a well maintained house in a beautiful forested area in the Tuscan hills. The grounds around the house is completely enclosed and guarantees absolute privacy. The owners offer a warm welcome and were ready to shoot (a broken wast Washing machine available in less than 24 hours replace with a new one). Us to our liking For those who like peace and quiet and a good base looking to combine culture and nature is a must!

Who are looking for peace will enjoy here. Delicious Furthermore, the large, fenced area great for anyone who wants to take his dog. The house also has a few hiccups. It is on the small side and on rainy days certainly not suitable for 5personen. I also missed a comfortable sofa as there was just a hard bench and was showering quickly through the small boiler a race against time. However, the setting is beautiful and when the sun is shining, the garden is heaven on earth.

Had a very nice holiday! The cottage is cozy but what could be cleaner. The garden is super all our children were just too small to enjoy the large orchard (2 and 4 years). The location is very remote ideal for leisure less convenient for shopping and outings. Super sweet owners who were very helpful.

The cottage is situated in a very quiet area, ideal for pets by the large enclosed garden / tree sizzling. R nThe weather was fairly fresh (May 2013) which makes it at home too cool continued and firing was necessary to the comfort to hold. The existing fireplace this was no problem. R n r nThe living room is small and for more than 2-3 people is what on the tight side. However, the outdoor terrace is infinitely large and spacious. R n r nThe hot water was too small boiler heated slowly making sure you had to wait to shower after your predecessor was ready. 1 hour R n r nThe kitchen was fine, bedrooms also. Everything you needed was provided. R n r nThe location relative to other sites is a bit further, yet at least an hour before you drive anywhere. Grocery shopping can in the nearby village but the supermarket is open limited. The next large COOP supermarket is about 25 minutes, but then you get too much. It is a very beautiful stone house and has all the things that are necessary for a good stay, equipped. Very nice garden. Barbecue grills, beach chairs, etc. The surrounding cities are easily accessible (Siena, Florence, San Gimigiano, Pisa). On arrival you have to drive through Frassini and follow the road until you after some time has to turn in the right to have turn into a free for residents only route. Makes finding something difficult. Otherwise, lying in the middle of the Tuscan countryside.

A beautiful stone house in Tuscany, beautiful garden - it's a dog with Paradies.Ein major shortcoming, however, is the hot water heater - for 3 persons too little Kapazität.Guter place for excursions. Surrounding there are many dogs that bark too often - so you must really like animals - for us it was no problem! :-)

"Le Meridiane" is a cute little house, basic but cozy furnished, quiet location. It is not easy to find, especially since in the nearest village no one speaks English or German and you no what you vragen.Het last part of the route should really be clearly described. The owners are very friendly but they do not speak a word in another language: that is lastig.Erg pity is that the house has no view and very chilly.

We spent a week in this small, stylish house with huge plot of land (a walnut plantation) - ideal for children and Hund.Es is outside between two villages. Also the end of October good and cozy to heat with the fireplace. Be careful when power consumption - it is very expensive! You can make nice walks in the lanes and the road to Chiusdino companies and superb views over the countryside genießen.Es are recommendations for things and shopping in the immediate vicinity of the house, the administrators are very warm and nice. Useful it is when you speak at least a few words of Italian. Who would not at all do without the morning filter coffee or tea, should bring a hand filters and filter paper or a teapot. However, one can only suggest to enjoy the delicious espresso in a small coffee pot that is in the closet of course. We would not hesitate to vacation there again, since both Chiusdino is a very pretty place, as well as a good Ausgangspunnkt for sightseeing.

Lovely country house perfect for a family with children! Especially the swing is widely used. "Morning delicious breakfast on the terrace. The area around the house is fenced and can" night illuminated. Great location near Chiusdino where you can get fresh bread every morning at the Coop store (a small supermarket). There is also a shop with fresh fruit and vegetables. Furthermore you in the village of fine dining at Restaurant Il Minestraio and La Palazzina.Het house is an hour's drive from Siena (market on Wednesdays). Even an hour's drive from San Gimignano and the beautiful beaches of the Tuscan coast. We have had a wonderful holiday in this house. Our experience with Belvilla is very good and worth repeating.
