Dreamy location with sea view and private pool Positive impressions: Beautiful sea view, especially a highlight at sunrise and sunset. Quiet and relaxed environment, ideal for recuperation. Very nice private pool â€“ perfect for cooling off and relaxing. The house is well-equipped, the bedrooms are pleasantly cool with functioning air conditioning. Pleasant climate due to the elevated location, often with a light breeze. Good starting point for excursions in the area (Moraira, JÃ¡vea, Calpe). Improvement potential: Unfortunately, the air conditioning in the living room did not work, while in the bedrooms it was fine. In the pool, some small mosaic tiles are coming loose, but this hardly affects the swimming fun. A car is absolutely necessary, as shops, restaurants, and beaches are not within walking distance. Depending on the location in Cumbre del Sol, the roads can be a bit steep and winding. The garden is nicely landscaped but could be maintained a bit more often.

The view from the terrace is beautiful at all times of the day. Surrounded by other houses you are in a lively but quiet environment. Due to the location of the spacious plot you have sufficient privacy.
The house was clean and the reception friendly. The garden needs some maintenance but the swimming pool more than makes up for this. Wifi is stable and fast enough for several people at the same time. The equipment of the house is more than complete. Even new batteries for the remote control are there. We enjoyed 2 weeks!
We did not like the beach of Moraig as much, it was difficult to reach because of the crowds, so also difficult to park, then a considerable descent. The sea was wild and the beach not very big.
Shops and restaurants 10 minutes by car. The roads are fine but you have to go quite a bit into the mountains so with a fear of heights maybe not wise.

After a warm welcome we enjoyed the beautiful house with a nice pool for a week. In the evenings there was a nice breeze which made it very pleasant to stay outside for a long time. The area is beautiful, you need a car or mountain bikes to cover distances. It was probably quieter than usual because of Covid-19. There is a view in and on and from other gardens, now that not everything was occupied, that was not too bad and it certainly added value for us to experience the fun of others from a distance in this way. the pans for when you would like to cook. They should certainly be replaced for this comfort house.

Very nice and they were very flexible and contributing and customer friendly.Accommodation was fine with a great view and nice pool. Swimming pool is nice to have because beach is difficult to reach and has stones / pebbles and the road to it is very steep. A car is really a must.

We had a wonderful holiday in house Magnolia in Cumbre del Sol, moraira.Huis is fully equipped. In 2 weeks the pool was cleaned twice by the poolservice.Fantastic view!The house could use a facelift here and there. Heard that the owner has been coming back for 2 years (due to covid), and then he will see what may be renovated. All in all, we had 2 wonderful weeks. Would go back again

Beautiful villa neighborhood with similar properties. Nice view from terras.Door very hilly of not really suitable for walking. Also for shopping car is really necessary.

Lovely home with air-conditioning, fully equipped. Delicious showers, beds are fine. Stunning views, great pool. Great welcome and explanation by Mijndert and Erna. No mosquitoes or insects and a lovely breeze on the terrace. Stores not within walking distance but everything must be by car. Was a wonderful stay. Moraira 10 minutes away by car and well worth a look. Top!! Love to come back!

A perfect house in a beautiful location and fantastic views of the Midd.zee.Het house is fully equipped with a delicious zwembad.Vlakbij a (still) quiet beach at the foot of an immense rotspartij.Een place to want to stay, but yes we love so Holland with its wonderful climate !!!
