The private swimming pool measures 6x5x1.50 meters deep, complete with a solarium with sunbeds, umbrellas, two gazebos, barbecue. The property is accessed via a private road surrounded by cypresses, oleanders, and a private gate. It has a double entrance and an internal spiral staircase.

Located between Pisa, Siena, and Grosseto, the villa provides quick access to Tuscany's beautiful art cities. Set within 6 hectares of parkland and a private garden, it features trails for pleasant walks and trekking. Casa Vacanze Porrine is 40-60 km from Volterra and Siena, and just 35 km from the stunning beaches of Follonica and Punta Ala. Nearby, a turn towards Leccia leads to the excavations of "Aque Populoniae," the largest Etruscan and Roman thermal complex.
