As a frequent user of Airbnb services, I've been to numerous apartments and therefore, I can compare, This apartment is fresh, The location is excellent - for those who like to prepare meals at home, there's a large supermarket, MONOPRIX, just 2 minutes away on foot, For those who prefer dining out, everything is closeby, The building has an elevator, which is a rarity for Cannes apartments - a definite plus, The apartment isn't huge, but it can comfortably accommodate 2 people, and there's a fold-out sofa in the second room, allowing up to 4 guests, Both rooms are equipped with new air conditioners that work perfectly and have clean filters, Each room also has a television - very handy, The bedroom boasts a small balcony which I was very pleased with :) The kitchen was fully equipped with all necessities, It's quiet at night, with no disturbances from outside noise, ensuring a good night's rest - this is crucial for me, I would certainly recommend this apartment as it lives up to its description, and offers great value for money,
