Villa Norsi is situated only 50 meters from the sea, surrounded by Mediterranean vegetation, just above the unspoiled beach of Norsi in the Stella Gulf, where you can swim in the summer with Montecristo Island in the background. The villa occupies a stunning panoramic location, with large windows overlooking the sea, which is easily accessible via a private path directly from the house. The villa is new and has an area of ​​200 square meters, comprised of two floors (100 square meters each), including a basement, but bright and dry (built to modern standards).

The villa has a large furnished terrace, a big bright living room with air conditioning, 4 bedrooms, one with 4 beds (30 sq.m. large, very suitable for children), 3 bathrooms (one upstairs, and 2 bedrooms downstairs), a big kitchen (with stone top) a storage room with oven and dishwasher.
The weekly rate includes linen for 8 people (extra people with extra price), gas water electricity utilities, and shaded parking for 2 car. The 3rd floor of the house is inhabited, with the entrance on the back, so your privacy is assured.
