Very warm welcome from the owner and the porter. Two friendly people who were able to give us advice on the region. They said they were available but we did not have to call them. The cottage is prettier than in the photo because it was recently renovated. The garden is large, the view is beautiful.

It was a family weekend, the sun was present, the house was perfectly fine, the area fantastic. Nearby (3km) bakery with tasty croissants and delicious bread. For shopping, there is a Delhaize, also open on weekends! Recommended !

2nd time we stayed in this house, and we liked it again. Inside there are many things improved (new kitchen, stairs renewed). Good beds, house was clean. Outside the condition is not too good, the terrace still does not feel safe, swings were broken. The lack of WiFi is not insurmountable, but it is actually outdated. The person who received us spoke good English this time. I think we will rent this house again in a few years, partly because of the good price-quality ratio

Arrival was a bit complicated due to the language differences, but it worked out well. The house looked clean. There are, however, some points for attention that need to be addressed. The joints of the tiles of the counter must be re-joined. Sockets that are not completely stuck. The finish is from a do-it-yourself "there. The change may also be serviced. Furthermore, we had a lot of problems with wasps, flies and spiders. The house itself had good dimensions and great location with a beautiful view. The cottage was perfect for about 12 people. We were 11 and I must say that it was very pleasant stay. Sufficient kitchen utensils but this may well be modernized (especially the pots and pans). Just the same as the cooker and the cooker hood. The rooms were more than good enough, the same as the different bathrooms. The fireplace was nice. The BBQ is due for renewal. But for the sake of clarity, we have amused ourselves. The owner was a very friendly man who explained everything neatly.

Nice welcome, smooth and business-like, but only French-speaking. Beautiful location at the back with a beautiful view and a lovely terrain with play equipment and a soccer field. Horses, sheep and cows in the surrounding meadows. For a busy main road. Ample parking space. The house is comfortable due to its size and space. Some overdue maintenance, especially the paintwork and stairs. Some loose sockets. The kitchen was also overdue maintenance and the fridge a bit creaky. No freezer compartments and a bit small for a twelve-person house. No teapots and no large frying pan, we knew that from the reviews and we had it ourselves. Because of the many steps not very suitable for very small children. The area is very suitable for walkers.

The accommodation was initially a bit difficult to find (the picture on the site shows the back of the house so you expect a house on "poles" while that is not what you see in the front of the road). After short (and super fast) whatsapp contact with Bellvilla (after we found a spot where the internet was just) we managed to find it anyway. Furthermore, it was clean and everything was needed. The environment is fantastic. Especially the backyard. Ideal for children to even play football.The village of La Roche is close and fun to walk through and / or a bite to eat (or "fresh bread in the morning.) The only drawback is there is no WiFi and no 4g range can also be an advantage, it is just how you look at it.If you need navigation on your phone is a disadvantage.Verder also nice and quiet.

The house is on a main road. You can sometimes hear this. The outside area is fine. A spacious balcony, large lawn with playhouse and a football field. The living room is fine in size for the number of people. The kitchen is very outdated and the hood was incredibly dirty. The kitchen inventory is limited. The bathrooms and toilets were clean, although weird that doors of bathrooms and toilets can not always be locked. The bedrooms are fine. On arrival the owner was quickly on the spot. It is special that the owner speaks only French and no word of English. Being able to speak a little English is useful if you rent multiple holiday homes. But with hands and feet we could understand each other well.

The house is spacious and equipped with all basic equipment. Renovated kitchen and bathroom upstairs. The sleeping areas and bathroom sous sole are outdated and somewhat musty. The sauna worked well! Large shared garden and beautiful (slightly dilapidated) terrace. Much more expensive energy and water price paid than was stated on the contract with bellvilla. Understandable given the price increases, but we would have preferred to have this forwarded in advance... We had a nice holiday!

Beautiful environment . Nice house, neatly received, already at 15.30 house in. Beautiful spacious garden there. Cozy fireplace. We were enough space with 9 people. Well a 70km away. Nice village la roche, very close. Enough to do in the area, such as canoe, climbing trees, game park, hiking, castle visits. Only downside was the energy bill 170, - for 1 week (sauna not used and stove only in the evening). We found that really very expensive.

Disadvantageous that the contact person does not speak English. It was difficult to communicate but he was friendly. The accommodation was neat and the view was beautiful. Not all beds were equally comfortable and in the rooms on the side of the road you suffer from the noise of the traffic. It is annoying that afterwards you have to pay an extra amount for the energy, the waste, gas etc. The atmosphere in the house is cozy. The extras such as the sauna and the ping pong table are also fun.

This cosy, bright holiday home with breathtaking views over the Ourthe Valley is located 5 km from the lovely town of Roche-en-Ardenne. The house is spaciously built and equipped with many luxuries and a sauna. Ideal for families!_x000D_

There is plenty to do in the region. From hiking and mountain biking routes through nature to castle ruins and the impressive Battle of the Bulge museum. Moreover, you can swim and kayak in the immediate vicinity (5 km from the house). Guests can take a guided mountain bike tour for an extra charge of €60 (on request). And garbage cost 15 eur/weekend and 20 eur/weekly reservations_x000D_

There is a large living room with cosy seating area and fireplace. You will also find a fully equipped open kitchen with bar and dining area for as many as 12 people. There are 2 bathrooms and a sauna to relax in. Through the French doors you enter the large garden with a nice terrace and 180° views of the Ourthe valley. Moreover, the accommodation has a table tennis table, a jeu de boules court and a barbecue.
