What a fantastic location and a very tastefully decorated home. It was clean and all equipment worked. We had a very pleasant stay, bad weather, but playing games indoors by the fire is also nice!
We were 7 people, there is room for 10 people, but the bedroom on the loft (2 beds) is not really a full-fledged bedroom. But no problem for us. Really enjoyed the view and the fireplace. Worth repeating!

A wonderfully attractively furnished house with a gigantic beautifully landscaped garden. Within enough space for 10 people and with many authentic details, it has been decorated with great attention and atmosphere. Everything is in the house what you need. The location is also good, centrally located in the Ardennes if you want to visit things.
You also sleep very well here in the tranquility, in short, a fantastic house to stay with a group.

Very friendly welcome by the owners. Great spacious and clean accommodation with all the trimmings, located in a beautiful setting. The whole radiated enormous tranquility. The weather also cooperated, so that we could enjoy the lovely garden with many beautiful seats to the maximum. Many hiking opportunities in the area (also just across the border in Luxembourg). Due to corona restrictions, I stayed a lot in the immediate vicinity of the accommodation and that was no punishment!

After a warm welcome by the owners, we have enjoyed a long weekend in this wonderful property! We were lucky with the weather, the setting was perfect for activities or to linger around the house. Cottage located on two mountain bike trails and on the road for the tour / renfietsers. Practically everything in the house available and free for use by the hospitable owners.

Beautifully situated and very charmingly decorated country house. Beautiful and very large garden and this view of the lower garden and the horizon. Nice big terrace. Location has great facilities. WiFi may be a bit faster but that's the only "wanklank" Delightful week at this location which is about 20 min drive from the cozy town of Houffalize. Recommended.

Super nice house, fully equipped. The only downsides are the leaking shower heads that make quite a bit of noise in the shower tray and the mattresses were in bad condition but these can be remedied quickly, otherwise a super holiday can be experienced and certainly worth repeating.

Stay 23juli2021-6aug2021We were here with our kids aged 9 and 11. Friendly owner welcomed us. Spacious house with all necessities. The garden is phenomenal! The road to the house has regular traffic. You don't have to worry about that in the house and in the garden. You can hear the road very well in the upstairs bedroom on the wegkant.De garden is really great. A stream flows and we were able to pick some berries. Several lovely seating areas. At the house on the terrace it is also quickly dry and warm. Next to the house there is also a roof in the garden where you can sit nice and dry with a beautiful view.Los of tips for the owners, we had a great holiday here in a tophuisje.Wat tips for the owners: the neighbors made our best what a mess with music. We also found all 4 mattresses downstairs not clean and 2 mattresses very thin, all 4 really need to be replaced. The showers were also not really clean... There were mold on the joints in several places, what it seemed like, and the top shower does not drain well, so you are showering in a bath with water .... And lastly, we missed we leaflets with walks. There are such beautiful walks in the area and we had to search for them via the internet. Maybe an idea to buy some maps in Houffalize? Walking tips: 1. Barefoot path for children 2. Achouffe (5 km) 3. Le Herou (5 km spicy), and 4. Celtic fortress (9.5 km spicy. Beautiful panoramas Starts at Berismenil church, follow yellow cross number 6, then follow the blue wave to the fortress, continue following blue waves and at the end you will come across the yellow cross number 6.)

Nice cozy house in a beautiful omgeving.Een downside is the hot water supply, there are two shower rooms / bathrooms that are shared by everyone, and soon you have the bad luck that you need a cold shower because the hot water is.Als The house is for rent for 9 people were also all have a warm shower just can nemen.Verder a top location and a very nice and cozy house, we had a wonderful long weekend and enjoyed it.

We are 3 families was a weekend guest in this beautiful home. With six adults and four small children this home offers plenty of space. We enjoyed a lot of snow, which makes our stay completely. From the house made a nice walk to the beaver dam. In short, a perfect house where we definitely come back again.

This was without doubt the best holiday we have ever stayed at. The view from the terrace is indescribable. You can walk directly from the garden in the surrounding park. The cottage itself is beautiful. We were 5 couples. Each had a lovely room and the bathrooms were too expensive. The large fireplace and cozy living room also have a lot of ambiance provided. A big compliment to the owners! We zeler come back again!)
