What a delightful cottage in the Normandy countryside. All Kemaers are well equipped, there is WiFi, but internet and mobile phone coverage are poor. Don't worry, it's vacation! Very friendly and helpful owner. House is well equipped with lots of documentation about the area. Important: supermarket is fifteen minutes away. lovely house in the beautiful Normandy scenic landscape!

Spent a weekend here with friends and it was awesome, The garden was so nice to hang out in, and we had a blast grilling on the BBQ, Just a short drive to the beach too! Only downside was the WiFi was a bit slow at times

the area is beautiful in the hills. when we arrived we saw no one. The door turned out to be open. Beds were nicely made, while we had not rented the bedding.

Quiet, relaxing place, green environment with a small river and flowers in this magnificent period without omitting the songbirds. Beautiful discovery, pleasant walks and visit a few kilometers from the Mont Saint Michel gite. Comfortable cottage and super nice owner, we recommend.

The house is beautifully situated in a very quiet area. The decor is functional and everything is amply present in the kitchen.
The garden has a beautiful view over the meadows with cows and at the bottom there is a flowing stream where our dog can often be found.
Owners are friendly and helpful. They only speak French and also very fast so sometimes difficult to understand. But other than that, we're having a great time here.

many flies no fly screens resulting in many inside. internet wifi does not work properly could not reach the owners after the first day for the high prices here it is quite disappointing also the English was not mediocre as described here. So not a high flyer

It is a beautiful house in a very nice environment. It is not only recommended if you do not speak french and no bag of money with you. Everything has to be paid appart and final settlement was with us not sick. The deposit we were lost and could pay a lot more in. An umbrella that had been broken and we had to reimburse the electricity bill was for 1 week are not sick. We did not speak french so upon arrival we thought we were fooled because you arrive at a house of the owner but you ride the cottage. An older couple. The cottage is nice, location also. Lots to do only do you have to travel far.

We sat there in the middle of summer. Fine house that really all amenities. The sofa bed downstairs is delicious and sleeps well. Upstairs 3 bedrooms with comfortable beds and very well maintained. Cottage was renovated in 2010. It is a pity that, apart from French television channels is to receive nothing. So you can not watch some TV. There is no WiFi but no internet. We even bought a French SIM card but there's just that no cell tower in the area, which is a pity. In Avranche you can buy everything you will also find in a big city, which is 15 minutes by car. Property has around shutters and therefore keep well cool. For children there is nothing like that in mind. Finally, we had to pay extra 40 euros for electricity. How frugal you want to live, there is a huge boiler that requires much power. Only 20 euro per week is best doen.Verder a tophuisje. If you want peace, you have to be here.

Nice house with stream in the garden, all quiet on site (bbq, deck chairs, umbrellas ...) big yard for kids lovely walking area and not far from Mont Saint Michel also Grandville and Saint-Malo is only 1 hour away. Had a very nice week.
