The only criticism was the lack of keys for the washrooms. When travelling in groups it is good to be able to lock yourself in for the shower and toilet.

Very nice house, the garden is amazing and the location is perfect. A lot of things to do, also with kids. Domaine the Chevetongue is awesome for a day trip with nice weather and kids (take food and drinks because there was not much opportunity to get it there). House is very close to Durbuy, you can walk there. Durbuy is a very nice city. Also interesting were museums around the area. Stores are close and a bakery on a walking distance. The house itself has 5 nice bedrooms. We stayed here with 6 grown ups and 3 kids, which was perfect. A lot more people would be a bit much if you ask me (the sitting corner had places for 6 people for instance). When there is nice weather and you can sit in the garden it's perfect for a lot more guests. There were a couple small things broken in the house (for instance the holder for the shower, some garden play things), but the owner was going to fix it after our stay he mentioned.
Al together we had a pleasant stay and would recommend the house.

Very nice holiday home in a beautiful location close to Durbuy. Via a path through the forest you are in the city in about 20 minutes. Everything you need is available (2 fridges, large dining table, .....). The trampline may need to be replaced, but there is a very nice sandbox with play equipment. At the end of the street still not a 5 min walk you also have a very good bakery, butcher + a shop that is open day and night where you can get drinks, sweets, newspapers, wood, coal, .....

Great villa. Good facilities. We ended up being 7 people. Then you have plenty of room. With 14 people you can not sit alone in the living room. The barbecue and the jeux de boules court were much appreciated. As well as the two refrigerators. Two bathrooms is fine for 7 people, but a bit limited for 14 people.

House was very clean on arrival. Bedrooms and bathrooms in good order. Living room and kitchen were a bit too small for our group of 11. Beds were made on arrival and there was an extra fridge in the kitchen. These pluses were not mentioned on the website, but were a nice surprise. Nice toys for the kids in the garden, garden was pleasant to stay in. In general a nice house to stay in, also the fact that it is located in a dead end street, makes it quiet.

The house looks good overall. However, a few things are missing, such as there was no lamp by the new sinks in the bedrooms, and you could see the cables. Also, some things were not functioning completely, like a tilt window or the lounge chair (small issues). What I found disappointing is that I couldn't find any garbage bags to replace the full trash bags. As a result, we also had to put loose bottles in the container. Many things were good, though. Plenty of plates, glasses, and cutlery, but there was little cooking space to prepare meals for 12 people (the house can accommodate 12). Other than that, a very nice house in a beautiful area!

Villa Durbuy is excellently located: a dead-end street and close to the start of a walk to the center of Durbuy! A spacious house, with great bedrooms and bathrooms. A nice garden with a trampoline, sandbox, slide, seesaw, swing, and more for the kids! Top! A petanque court for youth and adults, but the quality had decreased a bit. It's time to level the petanque court. A cozy garden to relax in, before or after the walks. In short, highly recommended!

Beautiful house, perfect location within walking distance of Durbuy. Baker and butcher nearby. All the bedrooms have their own sink, very convenient. Two bathrooms. Great with the infrared sauna. Two fancy showers, but the one upstairs has a leak, hopefully they will solve this quickly, we could not use the downstairs shower because the shower rod was missing, so hopefully this will be repaired soon. Investments also need to be made in lighting in the shower and some sinks. But otherwise recommended in both winter and summer.

The house meets all needs. House was orderly when we arrived. We were there, due to circumstances, only with 4 adults and 3 small children. The accommodation is also accessible for larger groups up to 14 people. For this it seems to be somewhat small in terms of sitting, dining and sleeping space. Garden is somewhat outdated. Trampoline not so safe anymore. It would be better to replace the flower beds with grass, so that the room for maneuver increases. Communication with the home owner went smoothly and correctly.

We were with 10 people, 6 adults and 4 children, the oldest 14 and the youngest 2. The garden was great, the living room sofa was broken, the heating was unclear, it was always on. The kitchen equipment was not complete, no lids for the pots, the toilet downstairs is loose, the beds are not comfortable. The shower is excellent.

located 50 meters in front of a forest, if you walk in it you are 25 minutes in old Durbuy.
you first walk for 10 minutes through the forest and then along the bike path or a dolomite road along the Ourthe to Durbuy.
