It was easy to get in touch with the owner by WhatsApp. He wasn't able to welcome us, but there was somebody to open the doors and showing us the place quickly. The owner speaks English, but it is very helpful if you know some basics in Italian. We were so happy we could use Italian! The surroundings are perfect! It is in the middle of nature, mountains and green everywhere, we loved it! Our house had the perfect views! It was so great to have tables, chairs and sofa in front of the house. The pool area was also nice! And everyone was so nice and helpful.

Basic accommodation but everything is fine. Small kitchen. No air con and no TV but the view is so beautiful you don't need a TV. Swimming pool is ok but not suitable for small children.

Location fantastica....che dire...a 500 mt. di altezza domini il panorama Casentinese e la vallata Tiberina,lasciando che l'occhio possa spaziare senza ostacoli. Se poi elenchiamo le eccellenze culturali a portata di mano quali : Arezzo patria del Petrarca e con un centro storico Medievale intatto - Anghiari - Caprese Michelangelo (Bonarroti) - San Sepolcro paese natio di Piero della Francesca,cosa si puÃ² desiderare di piÃ¹?

Good welcome. Likes a domain with a fair number of other homes. Although you share the domain with 40 other holidaymakers, you still enjoy privacy. It can be crowded at the pool. The property can use some TLC. If a technical problem occurs, it is addressed by the owner as quickly as possible.

The house sits on a wooded hill and from the large terrace a breathtaking view of the surrounding area. Although there are more homes on the property, not this reduces privacy. It is comfortably furnished with quality furniture and equipped. The fireplace was great on the first and only cold evening. Nice pool, nice owners, good atmosphere.

Arrived we were met by a friendly lady, she showed us the cottage and the somewhat outdated pool. The rest of our stay, there was no one gezien.Gratis WiFi nergens.Toch a nice location, maybe a little too far.

Stefania is a good and well equipped house, though it is a bit dark on rainy days. It is very spacious, and so is the garden, which offers a lot of privacy, but can be a bit better. Maintained Also the pool is fine. Since the owner two days after our arrival we went to India have had to go himself. Behind clean bed linens No drama, of course, but a little sloppy. We really enjoyed the house, garden and surroundings and the very nearby good and affordable restaurant.
