The photos on the website correspond to reality. Pleasant, spacious living room and large kitchen. Unfortunately the dishwasher did not work. Concierge was very friendly and helpful. Good beds and sauna also ok. Our stay was completely according to our expectations.

The house is very complete.Fantastic area, ideal location.Rustly located, not along much traffic as I read from .The jaccuzzi pools and so did have a lot of fun, but we did not mind it. The final bill was 220 euros but we have the heating Adhered to the whole week and the jaccuzzi at 40C.Wel possibly bring some chloor shock for intensive use. Very satisfied so !!

The house met all expectations. The area nice to discover. The arrival was a bit messy because the owner had to wait a bit. However, he was very friendly. Ideal for a family reunion, a nice kitchen, a delicious large table! Jacuzzi was fine. Tip, little mood lighting would be nice at the table. Bring candles yourself -)

We have 3 families of a total of 12 people with a dog here a great mid-week spent. The earlier review was initially quite exciting, but in the end all turned out to be not too bad. The jacuzzi that was present indeed did not work, but that is included in the price. Instead there is a great sauna. There was also a lot of talk about the smell on the lower floor, but that can be explained if no one uses the 3 showers that are present there for a long time. Good things were the "technical help" Martin who luckily made the effort to speak English and showed us around in all matters surrounding the stay. An excellent kitchen with enough stuff, even an extra large fridge. But also the large dining table with beautiful views of the surroundings where fine. The beautiful large terrace with a view of the Ourthe and surroundings. The beds were fine and the sanitary facilities in order. It is a detached house on a main road, but this makes the distance to La Roche and other hiking spots easy. On the ground floor a simple billiards table where the children had a great time. There were of course also points of attention: * not all toilet doors are lockable * going for a walk from the house is not recommended because there are no hiking trails * small TV / DVD in the playroom did not work and the football game is no longer completely complete. Overall we have had a surprisingly good stay for a nice price

The fact that we had rented for the whole family (11 people), and that we had to split our group by corona into 3 families each for 2 days, made us a bit "waiting" before our departure. But the beautiful house, the views, the walks, the surroundings have pleased us all, and gave us the feeling of being "away" for a while, a holiday. We can all imagine how fantastic it would have been as a big family trip. Maybe it will work in the future!

The house is in good order (not new but clean) and there are many relaxation options available. The 2 rooms on level -1 are very humid, but we were only with 7 people, so plenty of rooms on level +1. The wooden terrace could use some updating: very slippery in wet weather and some rotten planks. Unlike most holiday homes, energy costs are not based on a fixed amount, but on actual consumption. The settlement is done fairly, but I still find it pleasant if all costs are known in advance…

Great house, nice and spacious with enough chairs. Kitchen has 2 ceramic hobs (enough burners to cook food for a larger group) and two refrigerators with enough space to store the food and wine. The house was exactly like the pictures, so no surprises on arrival The landlord only speaks French, but luckily we had someone in our company who could arrange that.

The arrival was good. The key holder was quickly on the spot and gave detailed explanations about the house. It was stressed that energy costs are high and that wood firing is better. However, wood was not included with the house which ignited yet to happen. We paid 100 euros for energy for the weekend. The stop there several times gone out over the weekend because it put together tea, washing machine and eg use of Jacuzzi. That was not to spoil the fun, but does limit the use of all the wonderful resources out there. You should always choose whether to use the sauna or jacuzzi. The second refrigerator did not work. Luckily one fridge enough for our party of 11 people. The house was very nice to stay and the kids have really well entertained.

We had an amazing family reunion at the Cosy Holiday Home in Rendeux! The spacious layout with seven bedrooms was perfect for our large group, The kids loved the games room, and the adults really appreciated the sauna after a long day of hiking in the nearby forest, Highly recommend this place for families!

We were welcomed despite our advance of several hours. We spent a nice week in October in this spacious house with 8 adults, 2 babies, a toddler and a toddler. Unfortunately, there was a bad smell on the ground floor after a day. That floor was sufficient as a recreation room. 4 chairs of the dining table need to be replaced. Belvilla has compensated for the non-functioning jacuzzi. The upstairs is good. Spacious bedrooms and neat bathrooms. If the smell in the basement would be resolved I would certainly consider returning to this house.

It is a beautiful spacious house, where you can stay with a large group. The area is also beautiful, shops can also be found nearby. And for sports activities you don't have to drive far.
