The stay and the landlord were excellent, unfortunately I could not say that about Belvilla customer service. Weird construction, booking at Belvilla, paying a bit at Belvilla, paying a bit at Roompot, but if something had to be arranged, everyone shifts it to the landlord, a pity.

Beautiful house, lots of space, everything neat and clean. But cooking on the gas stove was no fun. Pots too small for 15 people and pans apparently not compatible with gas stoves, as it was not possible to add even a little color to vegetables or similar. I have often cooked on gas stoves, but I am not familiar with this. This could be improved.

We had a 14-person house with 7 adults and 2 children, beautiful surroundings, beautiful fully furnished house The supermarket at the park was small and very expensive, but there are 2 supermarkets a short distance away, which are fine!

Via bellvilla (which was cheaper than roompot itself) rented a 14 pers comfort holiday home on ferienresort cochem. The house has been renovated, which was reflected in the good sofa, table, chairs and beds. We have been to this park before so had experiences with previous establishments. Cleaning was fine in my opinion, hear a lot of complaints, but couldn't find any of it. Outside good (reclining) chairs. Upstairs was the sauna, difficult to adjust, but at a certain point found the right setting. Since we were in this large house with 2 people, it was spacious enough for us. Beautiful surroundings, we had brought our bikes and cycled a different part of the Moselle every time for 10 days.

Well arranged, receive keycard and explanation about the park. Beautiful and spacious. Beautiful surroundings.The only thing missing are mosquito nets on the bedrooms. There were quite a lot of mosquitoes.

We had the 14-person house. Great house for a large group. Spacious living room and good bedrooms with beautiful large bathrooms and a sauna. Only the wardrobes in the bedroom are not in the right place .. sat with the house on the edge of the golf course at No. 108 .... this spacious garden with beautiful views ... had a great holiday ... recommended ...

It is a beautiful, spacious park in a beautiful setting. The house is large enough for 14 people, 4 bathrooms are very nice. The refrigerator is really too small for 14 people and the cleaning was very poor. There was a lot of trash in the previous tenants' house under the beds and in the closets. But beyond that, it was a wonderful vacation and we would go back to this place in a heartbeat.

The (restored) holiday home in the holiday resort of Cochem was a good size and spacious, with plenty of dishes. Basically great. BUT it was definitely not clean when we arrived. The refrigerator wasn't washed out at all and the cleanliness left a lot to be desired. The announced drinks voucher, which should be deposited for us as a small compensation on the bistro terrace, was not deposited there. We waited several days for the defective parasol to be replaced. What particularly bothered me was the lack of waste separation in the park, which is located in Germany, even if it belongs to a Dutch provider. You could only separate residual waste and used glass. There was no way to collect paper (at least we didn't find one) and certainly not for plastics / composites that belong in the "yellow sack". I find that impossible in today's world.

House was dated. Ceiling in the kitchen was leaking and was not repaired. It was advised not to use 1 bathroom. Carpet in the living room is life-threatening! Because the edge curls upwards, we have tripped a few times! Washbasin in a bathroom also leak at the bottom
