We had an amazing family getaway at this holiday home! The kids loved the garden and we enjoyed BBQ nights under the stars, The spacious layout was perfect for our group of ten, and the fireplace added a cozy touch during the chilly evenings, Highly recommend!

Good contact with the landlord. Accommodation as described. Fantastic (remote) location in the woods accessible via a sand / pebble path. Lots of greenery and lawns around the house. Cottage itself is fully equipped with enough beds, large dining table and enough chairs. Kitchen is complete and equipped with fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven and microwave. Enough plates, cutlery, glasses, cookware and pans. The 5 bedrooms are well furnished. Some with a sink and most with a wardrobe. 2 bathrooms upstairs, not very spacious. You must shower in the bath. One of the bathrooms has a sloping roof so that the shower hangs very low (at shoulder height). A little more garden furniture should be allowed outside. For example, there is no spacious table with enough chairs. 2 picnic tables in poor condition. Downstairs toilet can be found in the garage, accessible from outside, which is not very practical. Living room with small TV, sufficient furniture, and WiFi. General condition of the house is okay. Everything is fine, but it is all fairly outdated. It is also quite dusty. In the area you can walk / hike well and enjoy the forests. Malmedy is a 20-minute drive where you will find the supermarkets and gas stations. You come here for the secluded location surrounded by nature with lots of privacy in a completely furnished house.

From July 12 to July 23, 2021 we rented a house in Stavelot through Belvilla. The house was on a mountain at the end of a road in the middle of the woods. The house was large and provided ample space for our party. We were 6 people and there was still room for 4 more people. View was fantastic! In the area you could make nice walks. Although the weather was not nice the first week, the second week made up for it with beautiful weather and we had a fantastic holiday.

Great house to stay with some friends. You have everything you need; a large refrigerator, comfortable beds and several toilets. We had beautiful weather so we spent little time inside. Inside the interior is quite outdated so sitting inside for a whole weekend seems less pleasant to me. But definitely recommended given the value for money!

The reception was very warm and with a comprehensive explanation. One can always reach someone had to have questions or had to do something in the house during the stay. The house is located in a beautiful, green and quiet area. You step out of the (big) garden and start a walk!

We've been here four times now The location of the house is fantastic it "s right next to the forest and there is not much equipment, the garden is great to relax or to play games. The house itself is big enough for 10 people. However, the interior is somewhat outdated and worn out. The shower did not have hot water all the time, but in spite of this, we had a great time, and the housekeeper was very friendly.

We were very kindly received and received a good tour and advice.We generally got what we paid for a very basic property with everything you need but no luxury. We did not expect that either. The location was really remote with all the advantages and disadvantages. Very quiet, walks can start from the front door, beautiful views and sometimes there are animals to spell, but on the other side you will need an hour (by car) in the morning to get breakfast ( Malmédy). Even no bakery in the neighborhood (and no café) .The cleanliness was ok, but do not expect a spicpan house. A mouse can also, but that's normal when you're so remote. The internet worked slow in the first few days until very slow, but in the last days it was suddenly so slow that it was completely unusable. The air heater works well and very quickly. The hot water also works well. Tips for the owner 1. We trusted you, but it is according to we better when you check the meter positions.2. There are several walking routes near the house. Try to provide a folder in which they are described.3. Repair the light above the front door for the key and the smokers

The villa is old and not luxurious. The hot water does not always work well and there are many extra costs (for example 5 euros per garbage bag and 5 euros per hour for heating). The quiet location and the absence of neighbors makes a lot of good. You can easily turn on a music here and have a drink with your friends. Nobody will bother you. Take all your groceries with you. The supermarket is far away. In good weather fine for a friends weekend so.

The house is beautifully situated in the middle of nature. The way to get there is a bit rough - you wouldn't get there with a lower vehicle. The plot and the location are also the highlight of the house - you can go hiking in the area or use the huge garden. The house itself has enough space for a larger family and the equipment is so far complete. However, the accommodation was really not well cleaned (dust and cobwebs) and the furniture outside and inside are getting very old. Here you have to cut back on the price / performance ratio. Nevertheless: due to the good location it was a nice vacation.

Recently, with eight people we have been allowed to stay a long weekend in the holiday home Red Hazels. This holiday home offers, thanks to its phenomenal location in the woods, an oasis of peace and natural silence, which falls on you like a warm blanket. However, the impressive environment does not take away from the fact that the house has some shortcomings, which luckily did not make us forget, but which ensure that I find the price-quality ratio of this holiday home moderate. First, we could not shower because during the shower the water jet alternately became extremely hot or freezing cold. I think that unaccompanied children can burn while showering. In addition, the pilot flame of the geyser regularly turned off. Furthermore, some mattresses were covered with stains and the cutlery in the kitchen drawers was not clean. The two present wooden picnic benches, one of which was unusable because the top was burnt, are nice to eat, but not to sit for long periods. A set of comfortable garden chairs was missing, which is a must for such a house in nature.

What a fantastic location! Really in the middle of the woods. Arrival by caretaker, everything neatly explained. House dated and no luxury, but well what do you expect for this price. House could be cleaner, this also reported on departure. Some problems with the hot water but later by the owner well compensated in the price! All in all, we had a great holiday and enjoyed nature!

House is in poor condition. A beautiful place in the middle of nature. There is not much to do for children. You can no longer call the swing swing and the picnic tables are almost falling apart. The toilet moves in all directions and the costs for garbage, water and electricity can be called spicy. Oh yes, 2 beds had bed bugs. That resulted in some red spots and itching for those involved. The road to the house is dramatic and has caused some damage to a car. With SUV it is not a problem. All in all, a moderate 6 because of nature. For us it was fine, far away from civilization, where we could make music and drink drinks.
