In winter, the apartment provides easy access to ski areas such as Skicircus Saalbach Hinterglemm Leogang Fieberbrunn, the Hochkönig ski region – Ski amadé, and Zell am See-Kaprun. Starting May 1, 2025, a mobility fee of €0.50 per guest (aged 15+) will allow free use of all public transport in Salzburg. Guests are asked to respect house rules, and the host reserves the right to decline bookings from previous rule violators.
