Short distance to the beach, technically poor, no WiFi, no internet, if you want to watch the news on TV unfortunately not possible, very quiet in the preseason, probably not in summer because of the proximity to the beach, sofa super soft, great for relaxing, pots and pans are there but not big enough, cups in the cupboard thin or broken, TV chair broken, stand nicely placed against the wall, don't touch it, as we didn't care and there were only two of us the sofa was enough, what we missed was no kettle or tea kettle,
