We were very kindly received. Gabriela is a very good hostess. The apartment looks very good. All equipment works. The pool has a (free) bar with soft drinks and some types of liquor. There is a wine cellar where one fee a large assortment of wine and oil can catch. The 2 pools and jacquizie are clean and daily housekeeping e.e.a. The BBQ 's are cleaned after use and garbage (outside) daily afgevoerd.De tennis court is well maintained and the gravel is regularly geveegd.Al in all a very well kept apartment and highly recommended. Price / quality ratio is top.Dichtsbijzijnde supermarket (COOP supermercado) 10 minutes by car. Florance just 100 km away. Typical Tuscan villages 30 minutes by car

Beautiful and beautifully located estate a few minutes away from Sinalunga. Very nice garden and old houses, nice and large swimming pool. Sufficient shade. The apartment that we rented was on the first floor. Living area is reasonably small and dark and limited equipped. I would not recommend this in bad weather. We could eat well outside. Something more comfortable seats would have been nice. The biggest drawback is the limited sound insulation. The well-being of the neighbors (below, next to) you get. Owners and their son are very hospitable, helpful and provided a delicious meal for the guests of local culinary bites. Apartment is ideally located for all kinds of trips or to relax.
