We were received super friendly in a warm house by warm people. Everything was ready as the towels, information folder and beds were made. A very nice area for walking and cycling. nothing is missing in and around the house. The view from the kitchen is beautiful. It was a relaxing weekend. The nice thing was that we could stay as long as we wanted on Sunday. We did not have to be gone by 11 o'clock, we could make it a beautiful day.

Beautiful new large house with everything on and on (extensive kitchen, washing machine, dryer). Very clean and fresh. Quietly located and a good cycling area. Also several cities within a short (car) distance. The back of the house (with kitchen and living room) is located on a large meadow with sheep on it.

The family van den Bergh has welcomed us very friendly. The house is surrounded by wide green areas, over the street so many agricultural equipment rattled. During our midsummer stay in June / July blew around the house usually a welcome initially, but then also wind ( Shielding?), The garden seating is not really comfortable. Directly behind the house runs the old railway line (now museum railway), along it it easily biking to Sint Amand or Puurs. Then there are many beautiful bike paths along the Scheldt or Rupel in real Retreat areas of nature.Gent, Mechelen (glockenspiel), Lier (church), Dendermonde (marketplace) were real Highlights.Am last day's holiday we ate in Moerzeke delicious fries, there is also Edward Poppe buried, at his grave we prayed.Wir We felt very comfortable in the Palissade, the decor is impeccable.

The arrival was super arranged with excellent and friendly explanation by the owners. It is a beautiful, spacious, modern accommodation, fully equipped, with a large garden with a large lawn (soccer!). During the weekend we visited the beautiful cities of Mechelen and Ghent.

We were welcomed by the homeowner and his wife. They have shown and explained everything. The accommodation was good, we were with 5 adults and had plenty of space, also outside. It was clean and on arrival the beds were made. Lovely big garden. The surroundings were quiet. With the car in Ghent, Antwerpen and others beautiful places.
