Nice house in a top location. Excellent facilities. A small disadvantage is that bed linen cannot be rented and therefore the necessary dragging.

We were able to check in earlier without any problems. The house was very large and conveniently arranged. It was not very clean (for example, if you entered the rooms barefoot, it was clear that the floor was not properly vacuumed, the glasses and dishes were not clean, ..) and there were some defects here and there. After we sent this to the owner by e-mail, he immediately came by to discuss what he could do to resolve this as much as possible. He was very kind and helpful. It is a pity that a parasol was not provided in such a warm & sunny week. It was suggested to us to use the outside building for shade, but there are (nice) tables and chairs in it, so there was no room for a swimming pool, for example. to put the children in. But those were minor drawbacks. In general, super nice house in a top location! We also really enjoyed the tennis court and the barbecue ... Definitely worth repeating!

It was a spacious and nice house to stay in. There is plenty of space around the house, a nice garden with plenty of seating. Everything in the house is available to make your stay pleasant, such as pans, spices, etc. The house is located right next to the center of Durbuy. A perfect location! The only quibble I have is that it was not 100% clean. I would definitely recommend the house for large groups.

Fine and good house wonderfully situated close to the cozy Durbuy, tennis court there is only a pity that it is less maintained on the sides (a little slippery by moss and plants) large BBQ and excellent terrace for outdoor dining. The kitchen is well equipped , bedrooms well and showers fine at the sleeping quarters. We had a very nice and cozy weekend here with 10 people.

We had fantastic weather, which meant we were only outside. The tennis court and the veranda were well used. The kitchen is great with large refrigerators and a cooking island. We enjoyed barbecuing. All in all, a lovely house in a fantastic location.

The house Manoir Cardon is fantastically located on the edge of the center of the idyllic town of Durbuy. The house is very spacious, we were 10 people, grandparents, children and grandchildren. and there was room enough for everyone. We found the house clean. And it was also nice and warm in the middle of winter. So much for the good news. We are less enthusiastic about socializing. It is not homely what you actually expect and hope for. The beds were good but otherwise the bedroom was very basic, wooden planks on the floor, no handy cupboards with drawers for the things you have with you, several rooms without wardrobes, some of the bathrooms uncomfortable with a wet floor after a shower, and toilets that did not function properly. All that was a pity. The kitchen was well equipped, but the cupboards were overcrowded, so that you could not store your own food, so it was always messy. The whole should really just get a makeover, that is badly needed in our eyes. But then it can be a real dream house for a holiday in the Ardennes!

Het verblijf was erg vies. Je ziet dat er niet veel tijd wordt besteed aan het schoonmaken, terwijl je wel betaald voor een schone accommodatie. Dus eerst zelf de boel moeten schoonmaken, erg jammer. Het huis zelf is fantastisch, veel ruimte en de ligging is top, op een minuut lopen van het centrum van Durbuy.

Unfortunately, not all rooms were fully usable. The attic room for four people had significant mold in one corner. The two double rooms smelled very bad from the bathroom drains, and there was also slight mold growth on the ceilings in the shower rooms. Furthermore, there were many defective parts such as lamps hanging loosely from the ceiling, crooked toilet bowls, windows without handles, and a non-functioning dishwasher. The backlog of repairs was unfortunately noticeable everywhere. Much of it looks old and needs to be renovated. Since we could not use one room at all and two other rooms could only be occupied with the windows open, two children had to sleep on mattresses on the floor. The outdoor area is good, and the barbecue area is even a highlight. The tennis court is mossy in places and therefore very slippery at the edges. We cannot recommend a stay for families with small children, and we would not book here again.

House in a beautiful location but it is tired. Everything in the house was sticky. Seats are in need of renewal. There was a barbecue available, but it was not clean. Food scraps and cigarette butts were still present. There were still food scraps on the terrace itself. The outbuilding also looked abandoned and untidy.
It's a pity that little attention is paid to the maintenance of the house, otherwise this would be highly recommended. Unfortunately not now

The cottage is located a few meters from Durbuy centrum.We did a treasure hunt with the kids, a pub crawl with dad 's quiet and something to eat with zen allen.Ideale base for a large group with kids.

Manoir Cardon is a big house there was ample room to stay with 8 adults and 8 children. The tennis court is ideal for lovers we have at least enjoyed. We have lots of barbecued all the barbecue or to be renewed. We did find the price for the electricity and cleaning on the expensive side. The cleaning of the house was done in an hour that we have also noticed wake, not that it was a gang but not everything was as clean that we have done yourself. We have also enjoyed the house and the location it is practically in the center of Durbuy. Strange that there are no highchairs and cots are available. For us it is worth repeating.

Were weekend in Durbuy with gang friends. Large barbeque and magnificent tennis court fullest advantage. Within wide choice of rooms, enough bathrooms and two lounges + large dining room. Fully equipped kitchen with huge refrigerator + freezer. Right in the heart of Durbuy (not that that's hard - huge small town) .Perfecte communication with owners, good arrangement for key and waarborg.Dank for superfine stay!

The house is centrally located in Durbuy and you have a nice view. Because of the large garden and tennis court you do not suffer from the crowds in Durbuy.Inrichting of the house is good and clean. We've talked to our very sense.

It was the second year we rented this house. After a year the house already have a lot of flaws lights appeared broken, curtains falling off the wall, peeling paint, access system (code) broken. Still had a fun weekend, but by the defects is the house not worth its price and will next year be something else.

The short stay with 5volwassenen 4Children is excellent and better than expected. The stay was 11 / 4 / 2014 to 13 / 04 / 2014. We enjoyed Vande room in the house, the beautiful surroundings, read walks, but above the deafening silence during the night. But such perfection is not of this world, yet a small minus, ie the number of toilets is rather on the tight side, especially on the upper floor. With six men had a nice long weekend in this house. Ample space and each have their own bedroom. Finish is moderate and kitchen is not working optimally. Furthermore, ideal location to center of Durbuy. Who is going to a lot of space and location makes this a great home. Additional toilet would have been nice.
