Beautiful spacious house. Very suitable for groups of about 20 people. Beautiful area for walking and cycling. Friendly owners. Refrigerator was broken, for example, and was replaced the same day.

We liked it very much in the house. There was more than enough available in the kitchen. What could be mentioned in the description would be the size of the required bed linen. For the egg / bunk beds 90cm sheets and small ceiling covers are needed and for the double beds 140cm sheets and large ceiling covers.Then the swing should be repaired again. We were there as a team trip and therefore the seclusion did not matter. The lake with bathing beach is within walking distance, however, it was blocked because of construction work when we were there.

Fantastic stay overall! The house was very clean and well-decorated, The sauna was a highlight for us after our outdoor adventures, We explored the local trails and even visited the nature center nearby, The hosts were friendly and made sure we had everything we needed, Would definitely return!

Beautiful, large and solid house. No noise pollution except in the bedroom on the ground floor. Kitchen is large with two fridges and long tables, nice living room. Couple minuses, the fireplace only good if a window is open, the deposit you in the winter quickly lost to the heating costs. So just take account of the price.

We were received very well by the son of the owner. Very friendly and in Dutch. The house was beautifully decorated with a Christmas tree and atmospheric Christmas pieces. You can leave from the house beautiful walks and bakery and butcher are close. Almost every room has a bathroom, except for the top floor, which is unfortunate for the people who sleep there, they must first down the stairs to the toilet. Not so practical when gastroenteritis, where our group was teased. Minuses are that the dining room and sitting area are separated by a hallway. The pans in the kitchen are to be renewed and the seat bag you up to the wood. On our departure the owner was present. It calculates the costs (on the expensive side) and the least thing about this wonderful holiday, but she was very attentive.

Location was easy to reach. Enough parking spots at the house. Nice big garden to play soccer, volleyball or badminton. The swing has come and gone, and the owner has already ordered it. One coffee machine but thermos jugs. Enough space and big tables. Rooms were clean and had enough space. The double rooms en suite are great as there is no clashes in the bathroom in the morning. The owner has what is helpful. Surrounding area The Lac du Robertville is a great place to spend the day. Reinhardstein takes about a good hour and thus something for the kids. There is a bowling center in Malmedy for a rainy day.

Nice, spacious house with a lovely kitchen. We were there with 14 adults and the house was certainly big enough for that. From the house a few nice walks of a few hours through the beautiful surroundings.

Nice house, everything is present including washing machine and barbecue. That was very handy. The garden is large, great for children to play! The sauna is a nice extra. Within walking distance of bakery and butcher shop, for small groceries. Nice area for walking.

Arrival was very good ... only downside is that the owner speaks only French with German, so not everything can understand smoothly ... -) heating was on day 2 failed and here is also no spontaneous compensation given ... bit regrettable!

With the whole family from 1 to 87 years we stayed a week at Les Boulleaux. Nice garden marked, well-appointed kitchen. Separate dining and living well, which made it easy to maintain a quiet place. Spacious rooms, clean sanitary facilities, ... Very welcoming reception. Highly recommended!!!

We went for lovely spring weather in the May holiday but it was a snowfall of almost 20 centimeters. It did not spoil the fun. Instead of playing football was build the snowman and igloo.

Relaxing Ascension weekend spent with the whole family.The house is equipped with all comforts to accommodate large groups. Large enclosed garden so the children can safely outside. Upon arrival, everything turned neatly gekuist.Minpuntje the seats are not good.

The house looked perfect, very big and interior looked good. Nice field to play football with two small goals. The service could have been better especially when leaving the house. With the lock they are trying to milk as much as possible. Sunday night and Monday morning in the dishwasher turned on inspecting the house they took a pan out of the cabinet that turns "dirty" to be (this was not planned by the maid went into extra time and extra cost). Above arrived at the sauna there was a puddle of water on the sauna (leaky shower opposite) again in response (which she had not planned on cleaning went into extra time and extra cost). In the kitchen we had already made clean the floors on Monday morning, but she was still a black spot on the ground. (Which she had not planned on cleaning went into extra time and extra cost). Where you pay € 135.00 for cleaning costs? This was a small blemish on the beautiful weekend.

Les Bouleaux is beautifully situated in a very nice area and very rustig.Wij celebrated there with our children and grandchildren our 40th wedding anniversary. The rooms were perfect and well maintained. (All of our sink was clogged in the room, but I can fix itself. Already had the cleaning crew that must report to the cleaning, to the owner) Downside is the closers, those with children is a problem. Snap, however, that it is required for the fire safety that they are automatically closed. Further, it would be practical that all the texts listed in the three languages. I mean, to include fire alarm, recycling etc. Glass can in a container, but not for PMD is available. Furthermore, the owner speaks only French and Duids gave some difficulties. Do have two negative points, as a former security adviser in education first. In the garden are two football goals in aluminum and with nets. But unconnected. Here in Flanders is required to anchor fixed targets to the ground. This is because there is already a fatality because such goals can fall over anyway. I do not know how it is with safety in Wallonia. But you can better safe than sorry. The statement then all perfectly fine, but an additional
